My breakfast bar. Always a great experience. A wide selection of fresh croissants, including vegan options, excellent cappuccinos and coffees, and always top-notch freshly squeezed orange juice. Very friendly staff serving tables, and reasonable prices.

Great place for a quiet breakfast, fast and friendly service. The three-chocolate parcel (soft and light puff pastry dough) is very good. Prices are average. A good find.

I went to this place with a friend and the staff was wonderful, the cream brioche I ate was excellent (as was the coffee), and the location gave me a very positive and lively impression, being on the main street of Ladispoli (while NOT being chaotic). Highly recommended!!!

Tribeca, right in the heart of Ladispoli, on Viale Italia, the central promenade of the city that is considered a bit like the capital of the northern coast of Rome. Tribeca is a sure thing, it never misses a beat: excellent wine list, rich and satisfying aperitif, quiet environment, possibility of sitting inside or using chairs, sofas and tables outside. Desy, the owner, is always ready to listen to your requests and satisfy them as best as possible. Excellent coffee. Try the Tribeca style Gin Tonic, a gem for lovers of the genre. With friends or with your partner, here you can feel at home. If you haven't been there yet, go now👍

11/07/2025: I frequented this place for a few days during the preparations for a new summer tour, and I must say that although I was initially skeptical, I was soon convinced. I had breakfast, lunch, and a coffee break at Principe del Grano. The place is large, welcoming, versatile, and clean, perfect for any time of day. In the morning, it's a pastry shop and bar, welcoming you with the aroma of freshly baked croissants and excellent coffee. In the morning, they also bake bread and pizza. As the day progresses, it becomes a cafeteria, offering hot and delicious dishes prepared to order. The pastry counter is a true feast for the eyes and the palate. I highly recommend their iced coffee with granita inside... The staff is friendly and helpful.

02/10/2025: A real Italian restaurant, tasty, atmospheric, affordable prices.
01/10/2025: The pasta was great, however the second course, which consisted of chicken and fries was frankly disgusting. No flavour whatsoever, completely dried out chicken. I had to wait for over 20 minutes between courses while there were no more than 10 guests there. It also took another 20 minutes between asking for the bill and actually receiving it.
