I still don't understand why they give everyone three cones outside of Bologna. The ice cream is mediocre, not creamy, too sugary, and the quantities in the cup are clearly wrong.

Bondi's Gelato is perhaps my favorite gelato place in Florence. Well said, you don't go there for the warm welcome, but solely for the gelato. I really like his Florentine cream. Once in a lifetime experience with Tulio Bondi making sorbetto and gelato. Both were so delicious. The fior de latte gelato was to die for. An incredible experience that all of us, esp my toddler, enjoyed very much. Thank you Tulio!

He has taught all over the world and even collaborates with Michelin-star chefs, yet makes the class fun, engaging, and easy to follow for everyone. We all had such a great time, and we left not only with delicious gelato but also with the confidence to make it ourselves. In fact, we loved it so much that we bought a gelato machine and now make our own at home in Dallas. Highly recommend this experience for families, food lovers, or anyone curious about authentic gelato.
