I still don't understand why they give everyone three cones outside of Bologna. The ice cream is mediocre, not creamy, too sugary, and the quantities in the cup are clearly wrong.

We did the Gelato Experience with Tulio, and it was so fun and delicious! It's rare to find something that really engages my teenager, so I have to applaud when it happens. Thank you so much for an amazing evening!

Bondi's Gelato is perhaps my favorite gelato place in Florence. Well said, you don't go there for the warm welcome, but solely for the gelato. I really like his Florentine cream. And I can't help but say a few words about this show, Il gelato perfetto with Vetulio Bondi, whose new season I eagerly await. Tulio, King of Gelato.

Once in a lifetime experience with Tulio Bondi making sorbetto and gelato. Both were so delicious. The fior de latte gelato was to die for. An incredible experience that all of us, esp my toddler, enjoyed very much. Thank you Tulio!

We went based on the reviews. It's a downtown location, a bit dated. The ice cream was good, but I expected better. Still, it was good ice cream.

05/01/2026: Family atmosphere, excellent food and service! Definitely worth a try and a return visit! Because it's a historic venue, the space can only accommodate a limited number of people. Always make a reservation!
30/11/2025: The pizza and farinata were delicious! The waiter was very friendly and helpful! The only downside: besides not being able to pay by debit card, which should be mandatory by now, you have to explicitly ask for a receipt because they don't issue one!

10/02/2026: I stumbled upon this place by chance and I couldn't regret it!! Everything was delicious! I was full after such a wonderful lunch 👍 Inexpensive! Pleasant service and a kind, smiling girl at the register. I recommend it to everyone!
14/01/2026: For lunch, it's practically a must. Fast service, generous and authentic dishes, just like in the old days. Claudio and the entire staff are super friendly: it's always a pleasure to stop by, chat, and eat well. I stop here very often, and ever since I took my son here for the first time, he's been asking me to come back. That says it all for me. Thank you so much for what you do: for me, you're the best.
