Excellent home-style restaurant located in front of the municipal villa of Santo Stefano di Camastra. The owners are very kind and friendly. Excellent meat, cooked very well. It is a fixed stop of mine when I go to Santo Stefano di Camastra. Absolutely worth trying

Delightful family-run restaurant in the center. Free parking in front of the venue. Excellent traditional Sicilian cuisine: generous portions and welcoming and friendly staff.

The place is really nice, nice and tidy, the waiter is really very friendly and kind to the customers and you can see the love for their work, the food is really very good and above all the local food done really well full of traditional flavors Messina with truly excellent sauces and side dishes full of love, the owner and chef is truly very good, kind and polite and welcomes customers with great joy, the owner's son Michele is truly very good and kind and professional even at a small age, NEXT SATURDAY EATING THERE AGAIN 😋😋

I recently visited this family-run restaurant and was satisfied. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, what struck me the most was the friendliness of the staff, which made the whole experience even more pleasant and with lots of laughter. The food was cooked with care and you could feel the passion for cooking in every dish. The quality of the ingredients is accompanied by a truly good quality-price ratio. In summary, an experience that I highly recommend to anyone looking for good food, a family environment and a warm welcome. Perhaps the only precaution was the heat inside the room, but it could be overcome by good company.

Family-run restaurant where kindness and authenticity stand out. We ate an excellent first course of pappardelle with nebrodi sauce (a nice large dish) and some very delicate swordfish skewers. Average price, good quality food (and guaranteed hospitality). Recommended✨

We ate in this very nice little restaurant on our last evening in Sicily. We were very well received despite the late hour. The menu was explained to us and translated into French by the owner and we really appreciated this gesture. In addition, the dishes ordered were really delicious, especially the pistachio orecchiette! We highly recommend!

08/10/2024: We went to this tavern on Saturday. Nice place, very good food, plentiful and fast service. We will return.
07/10/2024: Lunch is something convivial that accompanies us throughout the rest of the day and therefore, good food, excellent service and freshness especially when it comes to fish! The couple we had lunch with told us about this place, they had previously eaten celiac-friendly pizza and asked us to try a fish-based menu. We met on Sunday, so we took the menu of the day with 13 starters, 2 first courses, and a mixed grill. I personally stopped at the first one, I took the rest home as they provided me with the BOX (food is not wasted). My friend's wife, being CELIAC, had no problems with the food and was satisfied with everything. The dishes are of the right proportion, consistency and tasty. The renovated old mill-style place is located on the SCALETTA national road, which is a bit busy. We found the staff helpful and with a great desire to satisfy their customers in every way. In the end we paid €40 each +€5 cola, and wine (house) with water included.

20/10/2024: It's not like it used to be. The food is okay, once (opening period and subsequent years) it was much better. The place is large but it needs to be renovated. All the chairs (at least at my table) were lopsided and moved. The cutlery was not in the bag or there were double knives or double forks. Staff however fast but not very helpful. Unfortunately, the customers also do their part... but this has nothing to do with the place, even if they could have someone supervise the buffet... I've seen people take the food with their fork or even with their hands, choose the shrimp after taking it and then putting it back in its place. Or take the fruit with your hands and then put it back because it is perhaps too or underripe... I hope they recover because the place deserves it.
