Tri Quarti e Na Gazzusa In Santo stefano di camastra

The atmosphere is welcoming and hospitable. We ate very well, from the starters to the desserts. The staff is friendly and approachable, making the experience truly enjoyable. I recommend a refreshing stop: the dishes are generous, but the quality is top-notch.

While visiting Santo Stefano di Camastra, we were looking for a typical restaurant where we could sample traditional dishes. A Google search led us to the "Tri Quarti e na Gazzusa" restaurant. The restaurant is medium-sized, with about ten tables, and furnished in a rustic style. It's decorated with photos of various characters and local ceramics. A kind and friendly lady welcomed us and promptly brought us our menus. The service was quite fast, and our dishes arrived within minutes. For lunch, we ordered: a rustic appetizer with cured meats and cheeses, excellent and plentiful; two different first courses, tagliatelle with Nebrodi black pig ragù (delicious!) and ravioli with swordfish and lime (delicious!); finally, we finished the meal with an excellent grilled meat. Afterward, I didn't have room for dessert 😂 I don't know if we'll return to Santo Stefano, but if we do, we'll definitely return to "Tri Quarti"!

We returned after a year, and stopped specifically for lunch. I'd call it a little restaurant, something more than the usual trattoria. A small but well-organized place, family-run, with plenty of courtesy and kindness. We found the same style and the same home-style cooking, always well-presented, excellent, and plentiful. Good, high-quality food, generous portions, and the mixed grill made with quality meats. What more can I say? We'll definitely stop by as soon as we're passing through.

Fresh, delicious, kind and professional service. I had the spaghetti with fresh anchovies (very fresh) and they made a special plate for my wife, not on the menu (pasta a la Norma)
