Food: Divine! Service: We asked for a carbonara but it wasn't on the menu, despite the amatriciana. All you had to do was remove the sauce and add the eggs. Not very flexible. Ambience: We suffered from the heat. Avoid eating inside.

Excellent experience, we took the different vegetables for starters and the tongue and it was all exceptional with an honorable mention for the aubergines. Among the first courses we tried the (can't say because it says it goes against Google's rules but you can tell from the photos) and a fantastic carbonara, even the spaghetti with clams that you don't expect. Excellent chicken with peppers and for dessert the superlative panna cotta.

I have only one word: phenomenal. Phenomenal food. Very kind staff (without flattery). A true Roman restaurant like few others. Even dressed as a bricklayer, they will give you all the attention and care in the world. The cuisine is truly exceptional.

The best amatriciana I've ever tried, served in a salad bowl (where it doesn't look out of place) with abundant and substantial pieces of crispy bacon. You can taste the peeled tomatoes very well, which make the difference. Honorable mention: the pappardelle with sheep's sauce are sensational. I will definitely be back to try the rest!

Siamo stati con amici a cena in questa osteria. I piatti iconici della cucina romana, sapori autentici; degni di nota: lingua in salsa verde e rigatoni con la pajata. Purtroppo era finita la coda alla vaccinara. Torneremo per assaggiarla. Se volete provare la vera cucina romana non potete non andare in questa osteria

07/07/2025: There are only superlatives to be written. Very nice service, friendly, warm. I also liked the food and juices. I didn't find anything better for breakfast in the area, there were also a lot of local guests, so that speaks volumes about the quality of this place.
23/06/2025: Went there when looking for a place to have lunch. Great pizzas (properly made for us, not reheated), fresh fruit juice, superb service. Definitely would recommend if you are visiting Rome!
