Excellent restaurant: knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly staff; the offerings, both à la carte and off-menu, are always delicious and sophisticated. Good value, especially considering the excellent ingredients.

Novara's historic restaurant, now offering a completely revamped menu, is intimate and welcoming. Excellent hospitality and service. Delicious, elegantly presented dishes. Spit-roasted tongue and smoked eel, spaghetti with anchovy sauce, creamed Jerusalem artichoke, and delicious baby squid. A good selection of wines recommended by sommelier Francesca. Reasonably priced.

Sunday lunch, great welcome, the girls are kind, polite, and very knowledgeable in explaining the menu and off-menu options. The quality of the food is excellent, with fresh, seasonal ingredients prepared with a touch of creativity...excellent results!!! The Jerusalem artichoke ravioli on fondue and artichoke chips with truffle were delicious!!!! Thank you for your smiles!!!
