We went to the Borgo Nuovo restaurant on Friday night for a dinner for two. Very friendly and helpful staff. The owner was very kind, he insisted on making us redo a risotto that was slightly lacking in salt, a much appreciated gesture that certainly earned the restaurant points. Very good food and wine. Highly recommended!

Il locale si trova in centro città. Dispone di ampia sala interna finemente arredata. Serve primi piatti molto buoni; lo stesso dicasi dei secondi e contorni. Dolci davvero gustosi. Mise en place molto curata; impiattamenti ricercati. Personale estremamente cortese e competente.

Il menu da chef stellato propone piatti prelibatissimi e accostamenti singolari. Consiglio risotto cacio e pepe con caviale come primo. Servizio ottimo e location suggestiva !!

08/06/2025: Excellent restaurant that combines Trentino tradition with the most recent Indian cuisine...an excellent combination that makes this restaurant a real pearl. From the chef who knows how to represent the dishes with great elegance to the dining room manager who with her smile knows how to give information and advice on the menu in a polite and competent manner. Raw materials of excellent quality, impeccable service, very neat and clean location. A place of the heart ❤️
17/05/2025: Under new management, the San Colombano restaurant in Rovereto has introduced Indian cuisine, and I can say without exaggeration that it is the best I have ever tasted! Authentic dishes, intense and perfectly balanced flavors, all in a welcoming and well-kept environment. A perfect mix of tradition and innovation: I will definitely be back!
