Il menu da chef stellato propone piatti prelibatissimi e accostamenti singolari. Consiglio risotto cacio e pepe con caviale come primo. Servizio ottimo e location suggestiva !!

Ristorante Borgo Nuovo in the old town of Trento, Italy is a charming seafood-centric restaurant. The interior was elegant, clean and white with pretty vaulted ceilings. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Dinner was excellent— the crudos were fresh and clean, ravioli savory and delicious… lobster tender and perfectly cooked. The recommended wine was also delicious and paired perfectly. I would happily return.

La Lanterna

25/01/2025: Great service, delicious pizza, worth visiting even though it's not in the center. Desserts are made by an 84-year-old Italian woman according to a family recipe.
22/01/2025: The lady who manages everything is always available and the service is generally absolutely valid. It is now the appendix of our house for when we have guests and want to go out ;-)

07/01/2025: Entering the restaurant is like entering a home. Simple and welcoming environment. The food is excellent and reasonably priced. The owner works in multi-tasking, receiving customers, cooking and serving at the table, all without extending service times 😱. Advised
