A decent little restaurant in the historic center, offering seafood. The owner and waitress were very friendly and helpful. It's a shame something was missing, but to make up for it, they offered us a small mussel soup. Recommended.

When we're craving seafood in Trento, we come here—it's a sure thing. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly, and the location is well-maintained, both inside and out. Excellent wine list. Good value.

A seafood dinner unlike any you'll find in a seaside restaurant. All the dishes are original, flavorful, and balanced. The portions are just right—not nouvelle cousin fare, not trattoria fare, but completely satisfying! Everything would have been perfect, except for a service error and the neighbors at the table smoking (outdoors)! Approximate price per person for two courses + dessert: €50

Quality dinner! Excellent and incredibly fresh fish. For a city near the mountains, it's rare to find such tasty and beautifully presented dishes. Excellent service, modern atmosphere, and attention to detail!

For me which I am a foreigner, the restaurant was very good from all perspectives. Tasty pasta, the waiter was kind even if he couldn’t speak English 😊, the atmosphere wonderful.

We went to the Borgo Nuovo restaurant on Friday night for a dinner for two.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
The owner was very kind, he insisted on making us redo a risotto that was slightly lacking in salt, a much appreciated gesture that certainly earned the restaurant points.
Very good food and wine.
Highly recommended!
