Ristorante Borgo Nuovo in the old town of Trento, Italy is a charming seafood-centric restaurant. The interior was elegant, clean and white with pretty vaulted ceilings. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Dinner was excellent— the crudos were fresh and clean, ravioli savory and delicious… lobster tender and perfectly cooked. The recommended wine was also delicious and paired perfectly. I would happily return.

I was there for a murder mystery dinner. Very good food, but there were 50 of us squeezed into a room that could hold half of us. The waiters couldn't even get to the tables as there was no room to pass. The theatrical performance was nice, but the terrible organization leads me to say that I wouldn't do it again.

Restaurant located in a quiet place in a lovely little square, with internal rooms and covered outdoor seating. Fish menu, with fresh products, also to be enjoyed raw. Refined appetizers with raw seafood, excellent first courses; I recommend the risotto with seafood, really good. Kind service. Prices are appropriate for the products offered.

Amazing Italian seafood that’s not too complicated yet keeps you curious as to the what’s happening between the flavours. And the staff are very friendly and polite.
