Everything perfect between hospitality, dishes, wines, bread. The dishes are not filling due to the quantity, but due to the ingenuity, the quality and the combinations. Even simplicity, here lies the real trick, is completely ennobled. The lamb terrine is fabulous (only fine pieces in pieces, celery pickles, caramelised figs, volatile brioche bread and radish flakes. Cold zabaglione!

We took advantage of the terrace, in a quiet part of Turin. Kind and attentive service. Classic Piedmontese cuisine the way I like it. Important wine list. The interior is very nice and characteristic.

The place looks welcoming, with very spartan but essential tables and chairs. The guys are very friendly/kind and available for questions, the open kitchen is beautiful. The menu is not large, but presents the typical characteristics of Piedmontese cuisine. I chose to have a tasting menu and wine pairing (usually only found in the restaurants in the guide). My assessment is sufficient with the more interesting being able to choose very good dishes (spectacular homemade cheek and pasta), while on the pairing we sin a bit due to the quantity of wines that can be chosen, only those in the glass. Overall I am still satisfied

In assoluto è uno dei locali dove si mangia meglio aTorino. Hanno sicuramente la carta dei vini in assoluto più completa e interessante. Il personale è fantastico e i dolci sono sublimi 🤍
