Tre farine offre una buona pizza fatta utilizzando ingredienti di qualità senza accostamenti originali, espressione di un gusto contemporaneo ma attento alla tradizione. Ottimi i fritti, servizio veloce ma un po’ distratto. Prezzi adeguati alla qualità offerta. Meriterebbe un punteggio più alto se non fosse per la regola assurda, imposta il sabato, di vietare ai gruppi l’ingresso frazionato con la minaccia della perdita del tavolo se entro dieci minuti dall’orario fissato il gruppo non si completa. Eravamo dieci, otto erano puntuali non ci hanno fatto entrare. Più che assurdo, ridicolo.

I went for lunch today, I was expecting something better, not so much for the portions but for the flavour, none of the dishes were to my liking (addition of oil on mine and salt on other dishes), with the exception of the appetizers appreciated with the exception of one. Overestimated about this but the hair nooooo 😭 and they also seemed annoyed by this twice at the same table to exclaimed once behind the bar counter! Maaaaa and luckily I pointed it out to him as soon as I placed the plate on the table. For the service, the waiters were very kind and the place was beautiful.

We have been having breakfast there for a long time and I have never found anything "out of place". The service is professional and the quality of the desserts is excellent. For breakfast I find the value for money good.

A welcoming and spacious place, we chose to have lunch there on a Saturday after a party in the toy library, not too hungry but more in search of "something good". We immediately sat down even though it was after 2pm, water and bread immediately arrived at the table. We opted for mixed bruschetta, excellent, with fresh seasonal dishes in addition to the timeless cherry tomato. The fried cod with apple chutney was not at all greasy and the sweet and sour contrast with the fruit was more than spot on. The other diners chose pizza which was really good. I removed one star from the total for the gluten free pizza which at the bottom was perhaps a step behind in cooking, the humidity of which created a grainy mixture with the flour that was unpleasant on the palate. However, my son appreciated it. Nice choice for desserts that are perhaps a little too cloying. I also remove a star from the environment as the bathroom, complete with everything, was not very clean and with the children, as it is the bathroom for guests with reduced mobility which has the highest toilet, not getting dirty was not easy. In any case, we'll be back.

C’ero già stato, ma dal solo caffè non si può giudicare. E così, dal Gran Duca di Alfonso ricevo l’invito per un pranzo regale alle Tre Farine del Gusto. Seppur mascherata, della signora il benvenuto è di classe e sincero, che ti offre il menù, che sfogli col tablet. Elegante location, così come il servizio lo stesso. Alici col fritto e cipolle sono all’inizio, e pur se non il mio preferito, le mangio di gusto. Poi una pasta, consigliata all’orecchio, che sul piatto allungata e lisciata, con provola e pesto, è dal sapore, un godimento infinito. Non lascio lo spazio neanche pel dolce, che devo scappare. Prezzo elegante, come il sorriso del personale al completo.
