A pizzeria that really deserves 5 stars! The dough is a cloud, the seasonings rich and well balanced, every bite is an explosion of flavour. The pizza chef is an artist, you can see that he loves what he does and transmits it in every pizza. The service was exceptional: welcoming, attentive and super professional. It's rare to find a place where everything works perfectly, but here they did it. Congratulations, we will be back very soon!

Un posto che conquista al primo morso! La pizza è tra le migliori mai mangiate: impasto digeribile, ingredienti freschi e combinazioni deliziose. Il pizzaiolo è un vero talento, si vede che mette il cuore in quello che fa. Anche il servizio è una nota di merito: cordiali, sorridenti e super disponibili. Un ambiente accogliente dove ti senti subito a casa. Non vedo l’ora di tornare!

A truly excellent pizzeria! The quality of the pizzas is out of the ordinary: light dough, very fresh ingredients and perfect cooking. The pizza chef is a true master, you can see that he puts passion into every creation. The service was also impeccable: kind, fast and always with a smile. A truly enjoyable experience from start to finish. I will definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone who loves real pizza done properly!

The pizza dough is excellent although unfortunately the choice is limited, the pancakes are delicious! Honest value for money. A little difficult to find parking.

excellent pizza, excellent dough and quality ingredients. The gourmet combinations of off-menu pizzas always present on a separate menu are surprising. Nice place, welcoming but informal, better to book, a little difficult to find parking in the streets of Misterbianco.

26/05/2025: I waited 8 minutes before anyone spoke to me ... after 10 minutes they sat me down ... no one brought cutlery and napkins ... I had to ask for them later when the food arrived at the table ... the pizzas arrived very early ... and this was the only positive thing ... even if ... it was just a pizza ... no emotion, nothing at all ... below average toppings ... not very tasty ... dough not very "mature" ... in short ... it was not a nightmare ... but not a satisfying experience either ... the staff is kind but unprepared and insufficient ... that is, the service is almost non-existent ... then the veil napkins cannot even be mentioned in a restaurant with menu items of €28 or stuff of €80 per kilo ... in short ... I went there after a lifetime of friends telling me that the food is excellent ... but I can't completely confirm ... we will never go back ... I'm sorry because I thought I would have a different experience and make a fool of myself with the person I brought ... instead ... the menu is unthinkable ... and having had to fall back on pizza ... it went even worse ... too bad ... we expected at least a decent service ... but nothing ... I didn't give zero but it's not my manners to do so ... but I really hope that this review can serve as a stimulus and a spur for future improvement ...

11/04/2025: If there was a possibility of a rating of 6/5, I would give it. You can see that the owner not only runs the restaurant but is also passionate about it. Great atmosphere. The food was absolutely fantastic (with a story from the owner). So far, the best restaurant in Sicily I've ever eaten at (hand on heart), and it's small and out of the way for little money. It specializes in mushroom days and more (I recommend the porcini mushroom paste or the classic ragu with local flair and home-made pasta). Google says that the restaurant is open from 6:30 p.m., but it's better to arrive from 7 p.m., and if someone wants to eat pizza, it's better to go a little later (unless you want to see the whole process of lighting the oven and making pizza - the oven is in the room and creates an additional atmosphere). It's worth it, really worth it - in my opinion better than U Sapurinu in Catania. Fantastic place, fantastic owner in a fantastic interior. Stroke.
