After a VERY HOT morning around Subiaco we were welcomed by this restaurant, a bit by chance honestly. Well we were very lucky because we were able to taste truly excellent dishes. For me, strozzapreti di grano arso with white pork ragù, but I also saw excellent pork loin with apricots and fillet with plums and cesanese. Also excellent were the grilled vegetables and the tiramisu served in an original way. Really kind staff and the owner a truly friendly and helpful person. It is definitely worth returning.

It is a very welcoming and relaxing place. The managers are friendly and attentive and the food is good and refined. The quality/price ratio is not the best but it is still average, you spend money for medium-high quality.

Well what can I say, the place is a wedding favor, created inside rooms that in a bygone era were probably the cellars of a noble palace. It is furnished in a style that creates a welcoming atmosphere, the menu takes up traditional local dishes but revisited with skilled culinary knowledge, everything is family-run, the portions are adequate, the service seemed a little slow to me but it is probably a prerogative of the restaurateur in managing orders (this makes you hungrier) 😃😃😃 but apart from that it is a cooking experience that must be tried and with an acceptable final bill! ! ! Recommended place 👍👍👍

07/05/2025: extremely negligent or perhaps deliberately ignorant waitress: you politely ask for a glass of water (empty bar, therefore no distractions), looks at you nodding and pours the water for anyone but you. you reiterate the forgetfulness and do nothing to remedy it. good, let someone find her another job.
