Well what can I say, the place is a wedding favor, created inside rooms that in a bygone era were probably the cellars of a noble palace. It is furnished in a style that creates a welcoming atmosphere, the menu takes up traditional local dishes but revisited with skilled culinary knowledge, everything is family-run, the portions are adequate, the service seemed a little slow to me but it is probably a prerogative of the restaurateur in managing orders (this makes you hungrier) 😃😃😃 but apart from that it is a cooking experience that must be tried and with an acceptable final bill! ! ! Recommended place 👍👍👍

If you are near Subiaco, don't miss this gastronomic experience. Family run place. Chef Antonello prepares homemade pasta every day using ancient grains. Good choice of wines, if in doubt you can ask Antonello who is a certified sommelier for advice. Even the desserts are produced inside the restaurant by the pastry chef daughter, Valentina. Impeccable service and a warm, clean environment.

Very intimate and very well furnished, charming and warm especially now in winter, as a meeting place for artists and writers. Excellent food, fantastic recipes with seasonal dishes, chestnuts, cabbage etc. Well blended with the typical local cuisine. All succulent attentive and meticulous owners.

The menu is certainly out of the ordinary for the composition of the dishes. I asked for a simple pasta with sauce, not present on the menu, and I was brought a dish which, due to its simplicity, authenticity and choreography, was worthy of a competition! Grilled potatoes that melted in your mouth... Very kind staff, very well-kept place and elegant, honest prices. Absolutely satisfied

Locale molto carino arredato con gusto e con fascino d'altri tempi , un po conplicato da vedere dalla strada ma una volta dentro di e' coccolati da unnbuon setvizio , piatti molto buoni ed originali e personale molto competente e servizievole , prezzi medi 😊😘
