Tre Bruschettieri In Subiaco

We went to this place on the recommendation of the staff of Palazzo Moraschi, where we were staying. The place is divided into rooms, all with a themed colour, furnished as if they were rooms in a lived-in and loved home. My 10 year old daughter said it was like staying "at grandma's", because the atmosphere was pleasant and reassuring. The menu draws from tradition, but with a touch of innovation. The top quality raw materials are recognizable at the first taste. The strozzapreti with trout ragout and the "Il usual Dandy" fillet are highly recommended (the meat was tasty and soft as butter). To further improve the experience, you have the pleasure of meeting a courteous and helpful staff. Compliments to the chef and all the staff! Don't miss it if you're in the area.

My wife and I ate here, I'll start by saying that we in Salento are used to other flavours, but we ate delicious things like the potatoes with various condiments for a mind-boggling appetizer, compliments to the chef, and the pasta with courgette flowers, cheese, bacon and then I no longer remember having to keep my mouth "closed" :). Guys, go there and then you'll taste it...... well done.

Very nice and well-kept location, the dishes we chose were really good and we spent the right amount. The only downside was that I couldn't pay with Amex even though my credit card logo was present at the entrance to the restaurant.

Yesterday we went to the restaurant for lunch. The bruschetta very good, the first and second courses luxurious. A "must go" if you're close to us... Too bad we live so far away. Congratulations

Delicious food, great service (even for a couple of Canadians who speak very poor Italian) and a really unique atmosphere. The wine selection is good and the salmon bruschetta was delicious!
