Lovely and welcoming staff, gorgeous and intimate location (with board games too).
The cuisine is truly delicious and unique, with thoughtful and beautifully presented dishes. In addition to the menu, there are also daily specials that are definitely worth trying. I recommend this place for a quiet and unique evening.

Simply wonderful, a truly well-kept place, traditional dishes with a little poetic license that never hurts. I find the combination of fruit and meat exceptional. Prices are in line with the service offered, and they accept dogs. We'll be back.

I was there two years ago and came back this year.
Everything was truly amazing!!! Valentina and her father are two professional, kind people, ready to welcome you in a warm way.
The dishes are super delicious and tasty.
The desserts, especially the legendary tiramisu made by Valentina, I could have eaten more than one. 😁😁😁😁

So good! Delicate arugula, mild walnuts, and perfectly ripe pears made up our starter salad. After that, we had pasta – also with excellent ingredients. The personal atmosphere, both the restaurant and the service, rounded off our tour of Subiaco.

A Sunday lunch out of town. Special dishes in keeping with local customs, with more traditional options available upon request. The cured meats and cheeses appetizer was very good and sophisticated; the quince jam was delicious. Tomato bruschetta was simple but well-made. For the first courses, all different, we loved the chestnut and pine nut carbonara, the gnocchi with Taggiasca olives and cherry tomatoes, and the version without pecorino cheese... perhaps a little disjointed, not blending the ingredients of the classic carbonara well, and the beetroot ravioli stuffed with mascarpone. Overall, we had a good time.

A restaurant you wouldn't expect from the outside. It was our first time there, and we were amazed and captivated by the unique, comfortable, elegant atmosphere, the excellent service, and the refined food! If we ever return to Subiaco, I Tre Bruschettieri will be a must-visit!
