Lovely place, I had a lovely romantic lunch there with my husband. The staff were very welcoming and the food was excellent. Highly recommended.

An excellent trattoria after a nice motorcycle ride. All the dishes are prepared with authenticity, you won't leave hungry, and the price is reasonable. While you eat, the view stretches across the mountains, and the tranquility reigns supreme.

When you arrive in Vesimo Alta Val Trebbia and on the slopes of Mount Lesima you are surrounded by uncontaminated nature dominated by Mount Alfeo and by undisputed peace. The historic Trattoria Zuffi represents an unmissable stop in this context. Traditional dishes cooked on the wood stove. We were welcomed by the owner and guided in the choice by Roberto. Once lunch was over we had the opportunity to stop and contemplate a breathtaking view with only one dilemma when leaving, that is, whether to select as the return route the one towards the Trebbia valley passing through Zerba, from which we arrived, or alternatively the Boreca and Borbera valleys in the direction of Genoa for a memorable and unparalleled trip.

01/10/2025: Nice room, quite small though. The bed was comfortable, except from the plastic covering of the mattress. Shouldnt be there, concidering the price of the room! Every time guests on the upper floors flushed their toiletts, it sounded as if somebody would slam a wet pizza on the floor of my room. At first I was startled each time. And it woke me up at night. And the water of the showers sounded like small waterfalls running trough my room....... well....very annoying.
10/09/2025: The location is excellent, the rooms are nice, but quite noisy. The parking situation is disastrous. The advertised secure parking is surprisingly not available to everyone. We spent almost an hour searching for a parking space (completely exhausted after an already long drive) and only found one far away because all the spaces were full. Therefore, the information provided is incorrect. The gentleman at the reception who informed us of this was rather impatient and condescending.

20/09/2025: An unforgettable culinary experience! Returning from the Genoa Boat Show, we decided to end the day with a seafood dinner. Words cannot describe the wonderful evening we spent at this restaurant. Every dish was a discovery, a true triumph of flavors. We began with a seafood appetizer that was nothing short of exceptional: a rich and varied platter, featuring a selection of the freshest seafood specialties, impeccably presented. Not only a pleasure for the palate, but also for the eyes! Next, the "Fried" shrimp, calamari, and mixed fish was simply perfect: crispy, dry, and incredibly light, with the freshest ingredients that melted in the mouth. A true cloud of flavor! To finish on a high note, we tried a dessert that was a true work of art, perfectly in keeping with the seasons. Beautifully presented and, even more importantly, exquisite in flavor. A perfect end to an already memorable dinner. Everything was accompanied by a light and tasty house sparkling white wine, which paired perfectly with each course. The service was impeccable: the staff was attentive, professional, and friendly, and Piero and Halyna were welcoming and helpful as always. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. If you love good seafood and want a top-notch culinary experience, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!
