Trattoria Vittoria In Firenze

Sono cliente di questo ristorante dagli anni 70 e ho sempre mangiato benissimo! Da un anno la gestione è cambiato ma la qualità è rimasta ottima anche se stanno dando la loro impronta! Trovo ingiuste le recensioni negative di alcuni clienti

Fish restaurant with pizzas on the menu. The starters were good although a little repetitive (same ingredients in the hot starters, bruschetta and montanarine). The first ones are good. Right quality/price ratio

L'endroit était parfait. Ambiance chaleureuse, le responsable du restaurant est au petit soin. Nous avons dîné et les différents plats étaient juste fabuleux et excellents. Nous reviendrons certainement, encore merci pour ce moment où le repas ainsi que les desserts étaient exceptionnels !

A truly beautiful place with attention to detail, modern, seafood and not by chance a very good FRESH fish restaurant! We had dinner with a divine risotto alla pescatora with very tasty fish and a fabulous crazy water linguine!!! the taste of that risotto makes me want to go back but above all to recommend it because it deserves so much. we continued with a fish soup.... nothing to say, if you love the flavor of the sea, Trattoria Vittoria is the right place! and finally the inevitable chocolate soufflé ....practically the sponge cake was non-existent, it was a real dark pudding in a crust!!! oh I forgot we also tasted a fornarina and I can confirm that its dough is hydrated to the right degree. the price is average, indeed considering that there is fresh and not defrosted fish I would say perfect! I recommend this restaurant in Florence to all fish lovers to realize that it is not worth coming to Livorno.... see you soon!

I had dinner with my girlfriend to try this new trattoria Vittoria, which follows in the footsteps of the historic one with a pinch of innovation. The place is really beautiful, quiet and in a maritime style. Honestly, I breathed a beautiful atmosphere. The food, like the previous Vittoria, is delicious and all the fish is very fresh. Yesterday I ate the best fishermen's risotto of my life. Truly something sublime. My girlfriend had the linguine with acqua pazza. Truly excellent despite being a dish with a very delicate flavour. Followed by complete fish soup. Really great for my tastes. At the bottom of the soup is a soggy bun. I appreciated it because, being a small whole sandwich, it remains intact and is not destroyed by the broth. My girlfriend would have preferred a slice of bread. Simply a matter of personal taste, but very fresh fish, just the right amount of salt and cooked impeccably. To finish, chocolate flan. Truly spectacular. The pizza, bread and Schiacciata are also excellent. A big round of applause to Renato who does his utmost to make you feel good. Go there and try it! Won't you regret it? Stop by for a simple pizza too, it's worth it!
