Trattoria situata alle spalle del Santuario. Arredo datato ma in ottimo stato. Buono l'antipasto freddo e superlativa la polenta concia. Disponibili vari piatti tra cui il cervo con polenta. Antipasto polenta concia dolce caffè vino sfuso e acqua a 25 euro a persona. Non date retta alle recensioni negative. Il mangiare è ottimo. Se cercate un ristorante stellato questo non fa per voi

We took polenta concia venison and sausage with mushrooms. All very good. The top polenta.

We were here on Easter Monday. The place was very full. We tried the cold cuts, cheese and hot appetizers. The start was disappointing (only the cheeses were saved). The continuation was however good with the polenta concia and the venison which were truly excellent dishes. Good service considering the amount of people.

La vera cucina tradizionale piemontese - biellese, buona e genuina. Per me è stato un autentico salto nel passato, e mi è piaciuto.

Spartan but clean environment. It looks like a mountain refuge. Everything minimal, but excellent service. Good food, super polenta. We had a good time We'll be back

Spectacular place, very characteristic, cold but very clean bathrooms. Good food with good value for money. With waitress Valentina, who makes you feel at home. What more do you want? Recommended place.

01/06/2025: Paolino is always a sure thing. Last night I arrived late and hungry with my friends, we asked if at 11:30 pm we could still eat pizza... positive response, extreme kindness and we waited very little. For my ortolana I was undecided between parmesan and mozzarella on the pizza, Paolino made me both variations so I could decide what I liked best. Obviously years of work and passion are felt, the parmesan makes a crust on the vegetables and gives them an extra boost! So much stuff 🤤 And as always, digested very well despite the hour, and without drinking all night. We will be back 😊
15/04/2025: Quiet trattoria outside Buronzo... Good food and very popular prices... Historic environment...but clean and tidy!!!
