After a few years, we decided to try this trattoria in the Pigneto area again. The menu is very basic, with limited first and second course choices. The wine list is barely adequate for a place that calls itself a wine bar. Among other things, we ordered two glasses of Prosecco, which were brought to us already filled without us knowing which bottle it came from. Overall, much more could be done...

Some of the most delicious, yet simple food Roma has to offer. The owner /waitress was running the show on her own and doing a fabulous job. Very affordable compared to other restaurants in Roma we have eaten at. You’d be so lucky to dine here as we were. Don’t miss out!

A welcoming place, courtesy and kindness above all, the dishes are simple but with great care, I had the meatballs which I found delicious and brought back home, the lasagna with ragù delicate, tasty and traditional, a small menu that also offers specials of the day... a little corner of tranquility and serenity.

23/12/2025: First of all, I love small restaurants, with all the typical local things and this is a small place where there is also good wine 🙂
11/12/2025: The food was average, good, the wait time was normal, the prices were good, the waiters were excellent, but the gentleman at the cash register was a bit arrogant and rude to customers. He also rounded up the €26.60 bill per person to €27 (illegible) just because payment was electronic. The staff was the only thing that bothered me, even if it was minor.

02/02/2026: I visited this restaurant because it was recommended by a travel guide. We went there on a Monday lunchtime, and there were plenty of seats, so we didn't have to wait. The food was absolutely delicious. My mother, who always gets full early here, asked if we could order another one, which says it all. We only had 77 euros for four dishes and two drinks. This is a great place. The carbonara and lasagna were both, as expected from Italian cuisine, lightly seasoned, but incredibly delicious. The coda alla vacinara, braised oxtail, which was recommended, wasn't too salty and was incredibly delicious. This braised oxtail is the dish my mother ordered again. Leaving a review like this feels like I'm stealing the locals' favorite restaurants.
25/01/2026: Delicious! We highly recommend the spaghetti with truffle, it was truly amazing!!!
