Excellent lunch at Trattoria Vecchia Fornace in Mariano Comense! The charming setting in the old furnace is bright and welcoming. We ordered mixed cold cuts, fresh salads, an excellent radicchio risotto, ravioli, breaded steak with baked potatoes, and sbrisolata for dessert. Everything was delicious, generous portions, and authentic flavors. The service was friendly and fast. An ideal place for a relaxing lunch. We'll definitely be back! 👍

Very good food, excellent value. The staff is very friendly, although they aren't always attentive when you raise your hand to ask for water or bread. The food arrived quickly and was served to the whole table at once. Generous portions and good quality. Recommended.

A very cute and well-kept place. Very friendly service, but what really stands out is the quality of the dishes and the portions. The portion of the saffron risotto and osso buco left us speechless, but the tagliatelle with wild boar ragù is a dream.

A great find, a spacious, quaint dining room with well-spaced tables. Friendly, attentive staff. The food...what can I say?! Everything was excellent. Highly recommended. The desserts were delicious. The price was in line with the service and quality of the food. We'll be back.

20/12/2025: We had a wonderful time! Mundeghili with a "ratatouille effect": flavors that instantly took me back to my grandmother's house in Milan 40 years ago, and the risotto with sausage was truly delicious. Under new management about a year ago. Worth it!
18/12/2025: Welcoming and meticulously maintained atmosphere, high-quality food made with quality ingredients, impeccable service, and friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

07/04/2026: We got married recently, on April 3, 2026, and we received attention in every aspect. Excellent service with professional and attentive staff, head waiters, waiters, and managers. Exquisite food, both seafood and meat. We recommend the Lemon Shrimp Risotto, but everything is good. Aperitif and cake cutting took place outside with a beautiful swimming pool and golf course as a backdrop. We recommend it for any event, including a business dinner or to spend a wonderful evening with your partner. M&G
