A very nice address. Warm welcome, efficient waiter who speaks French. Michelin Bib gourmand restaurant with a nice Bib menu at 36€. But also a very nice menu with suggestions of the day that we followed: zucchini flower fritters stuffed with ham and cheese, then tajarin with a pan of small fresh ceps!!! A treat! .... restaurant to do again for the bolito misto which is a specialty and which looked delicious!!!

A truly excellent dining experience awaits you at this typical Piedmontese trattoria. The owners' warm welcome will make you feel at home straight away, and their dedication to top-quality ingredients shines through in every dish.
We absolutely loved the bollito, which was a real highlight. The meat was incredibly tender and flavourful, perfectly complemented by a selection of delicious sauces. The tajarin were equally impressive, served with a rich, substantial ragù that left us wanting more.
Along with the exceptional food, the value for money is extraordinary.

Locale storico in centro paese.
Disponibili alcune salette interne in arredamento classico da trattoria di altri tempi. disponibile anche una veranda all’esterno in stile moderno.
Accoglienza molto buona.
Menù della tradizione locale dove ovviamente le carni ed i bolliti fanno la parte del leone. molto buona la materia prima, buona la qualità dei cibi.
Molto buono il servizio anche molto professionale e simpatico.
Prezzi nella media.
Una buona esperienza.
Forse il migliore provato in zona.
Consiglio se vi piace il genere cucina tipica con buon rispetto della tradizione locale.

we stayed years ago to eat and sleep: excellent.
for years and years we promised ourselves we would return but distance, motherhood and the usual things prevented us.
today, returning from Provence, we took advantage and detoured towards Carrù before returning to Milan.

Ristorante storico nella patria del bollito. Abbiamo pranzato con antipasto piemontese e bevuto un ottimo nebbiolo. A cena invece il bollito con le sue salse sempre accompagnato da un ottimo vino, abbiamo fatto il bis!
Veramente ottimo e personale gentilissimo, ottimo il bonnet e la torta di nocciola.
