La comida y la bodega son simplemente excelentes. Apenas puedes encontrar un lugar mejor Habitaciones y ambientes históricos El servicio es, como en todas partes de Italia, según mi modesta opinión, en ningún lugar a un nivel de estándar internacional, pero absolutamente bien.

The service was fast and attentive, the staff were friendly and really welcoming, they made us feel at home. Ravioli (with meat sauce or in broth) and boiled meat a must, to try! The bill was fair for how we ate: a first course each, second course and dessert shared, two bottles of wine and several bottles of water (for 6 people), €40 each. We will definitely be back

We tried to come here a year ago, finally we made it. Classic, old school restaurant; we had their star dish, the beef stew, made with different types of meat cuts served with their 6 sauces was excellent, some tajarin (good delicate), ravioli (cooked in a hurry, there were some raw pieces) and some offals (fried brains). The chef when walked through the tables to check if everything was fine, saw that the offal dish wasn’t done in the way it should so he took away and brought another one. It seems that the kitchen staff are tired (raw raviolis, wrong serving offals) but still a good place to go. Bear in mind that their star dish, bollito, is only served from December until Easter.

05/12/2024: We generally have lunch in this place once a year, on the occasion of the ritual tour of my dad's home town and every time it is a pleasure both for the food and for the service and the atmosphere. Even for the inhabitants of Monforte this structure is a guarantee. We have always had a good time and the prices are right. I highly recommend it.
