We tried to come here a year ago, finally we made it. Classic, old school restaurant; we had their star dish, the beef stew, made with different types of meat cuts served with their 6 sauces was excellent, some tajarin (good delicate), ravioli (cooked in a hurry, there were some raw pieces) and some offals (fried brains). The chef when walked through the tables to check if everything was fine, saw that the offal dish wasn’t done in the way it should so he took away and brought another one. It seems that the kitchen staff are tired (raw raviolis, wrong serving offals) but still a good place to go. Bear in mind that their star dish, bollito, is only served from December until Easter.

I ate the tajarin with beef ragout, the chef was very good, very little oil but lots of flavour. The boiled meat, how can you comment. First choice meat with excellent sauces this is the "Bollito Piemontese". The staff are very kind and the service is quick. I recommend it, you can't leave the Golden Vessel and be disappointed. Compliments

Restaurant with unique charm, it feels like taking a trip back in time, the lady has been dispensing the boiled meat at the table for 40 years!!! Everything excellent, very kind owner. We'll be back.

It is one of the restaurants that I consider to be of the heart, if I find myself passing through those parts, it is almost automatic to stop for lunch or dinner, one of those places where time has stopped, but in its best point...
However, if you are looking for "masterchef" style extravagance, this is not your table, because in its place you will find the Langhe substance...
Courtesy and attentive service have always been at home here.
A raw meat or a boiled salad to try, absolutely top notch.
Tajarin with meat sauce like few others, delicious agnolotti and a delicious tripe soup.
The boiled meat with its sauces reigns supreme and deserves praise, a financier (when there is one) that is worth the trip...
Excellent desserts and excellent cellar with fair mark-ups.
An honest price especially considering the quality provided.
Absolutely worth trying.

Ci siamo stati il 25 aprile, giornata da tutto esaurito, ma fortunatamente avevamo prenotato. Abbiamo optato per il menù festivo che proponeva diverse portate ad un prezzo assolutamente onesto. Malgrado il pienone, il servizio è stato veloce ed il personale sempre gentile e sorridente. Ci hanno anche offerto il bis ed è stato tutto ottimo. Indimenticabile il carrello dei bolliti con relative saline. mio marito (goloso ed insaziabile) ha chiesto un fuori programma, la finanziera, piatto tipico. È stato accontentato. Quindi che dire? Ci torneremo sicuramente
