Tagliatelle STREPITOSE, fatte in casa e condire con porcini o tartufo. . duando siamo arrivati all'ultima forchettata ci è dispiaciuto troppo! Tutto il resto, verdure comprese: mai mangiato meglio ultimamente!. Cordiale e soprattutto sorridente il personale! Nonostante la lontananza, torneremo !

Eating at Trattoria Valsenio is fantastic. You feel at home, pampered and eat unique things of exceptional quality. Starters, first courses, second courses, based on truffles and porcini mushrooms, bring tears to your eyes. Then the fried foods are truly incredible. Fried chicken top marks and fried porcini mushrooms worth mentioning! And don't forget the barbecue... Franca, Giovanni, their daughter and all their staff always welcome you with a smile, what more could you want?! Marzia, Flaviana, Graziano and Emiliano

Piatti assolutamente ottimi, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e servizio super veloce. Molto buono il tagliere con affettati e crostini, nulla da eccepire sui primi e carne ai ferri (misto e castrato) di buona qualità e molto ben cotta. Sicuramente da provare anche con altri piatti del menù. Ci tornerò

Cozy place with traditional Romagna cuisine. Excellent for a working lunch. Polite, kind staff and not to be underestimated, the smile and friendliness are important for those who do this job, and the waitresses are top notch. Good food and reasonable price. Advised.

Historic trattoria...I had already been there years ago for a business lunch, I went back, I must say that they have maintained themselves...good food, very fast service and very courteous and kind waitresses! Fair price for a business lunch!

15/08/2024: We have eaten our way through Europe for the past year. This restaurant is hands down the best we have had. Both my wife and I are amazed at how good this food is. We had the strazeppleti - my wife had with mushrooms, I had seafood. I’ve never had a better pasta/seafood dish ever! For desert my wife had the tiramisu - and she has made it before. She claimed she’s almost crying it’s that good. We had a very nice bottle of wine - in the 20s. Overall - the food is fantastic. It’s very reasonable priced. And had we found this restaurant our first day in Ravenna, we would have eaten every meal here!

13/10/2024: A dream place, well managed, with trained, efficient staff and a great deal of friendliness. This would be the description of the evening of "our" wedding dinner, but all this goes further, because to all this we must add the flavors of the dishes that were served to us. Taking this place into consideration on occasions similar to ours is a must, the satisfaction will certainly be extreme. Thanks to all the staff.
