I've been to this place and I must say that I had a very good time. Furnished with taste and elegance. I found the food, mainly traditional Piedmontese, very good and varied even if the prices are medium-high. The staff were polite and friendly

Pleasant discovery, the place is well kept and looked after, we ate 2 very good first courses (probably to increase the quantity a little), good house wine and kind and friendly staff. Possibility of fixed menu and buffet menu.

Non fatevi ingannare dalla scritta Trattoria....appena si entra si nota un ambiente conviviale, ma elegante, pulito, con un servizio di un certo livello! Siamo ancora seduti al tavolo e quel che si vede è un servio da parte del personale, estremamente attento e professionale, per quanto riguarda il cibo...carne ottima, cinghiale ottimo, vino barbera di ottima qualità. Consiglio vivamente a tutti! Complimenti!

Pranzato alla carta;primo taglierini con ragu' di salsiccia e come secondo tagliata di fassone con carciofi stufati,entrambi piatti sono risultati gustosi,in particolar modo la tagliata,porzioni corrette.Unica nota di demerito il coperto a €2,50, che con il menu pranzo di lavoro non viene fatto pagare (il tovagliato ed il pane/grissini sono uguali per tutti)

06/05/2025: We attended a communion... really good choice of location! The outdoor space is well-kept, surrounded by greenery and a landscape that provides the perfect setting. The indoor room is rustic with exposed brick and large modern windows. The food for the event is the result of traditional dishes enriched with refined combinations, pleasing to the palate... everything good in short! Too bad there was no encore😅 definitely recommended
29/04/2025: We got married at Cascina Ranverso on Saturday afternoon. It goes without saying that the location is wonderful and the food excellent (we already knew it), we received continuous compliments from all our guests, even from the most difficult ones. However, what particularly surprised us was the professionalism, kindness and attention of all the staff who made us feel pampered at all times. I recommend Cascina with serenity because I believe everyone will like it. A cozy place but at the same time full of environments and spaces for all needs. The rooms for overnight stays are truly that extra pampering after a day full of emotions. Trust Noemi and you won't regret it, let yourself be guided by her who will make your day even more special with taste and attention to detail! Infinite thanks to you and all the staff.

30/05/2025: The food was delicious, the service was impeccable and the staff were well trained, everything was very good and high quality. This is a customer driven restaurant, everything is impeccable and the prices are honest.
27/05/2025: In the heart of San Salvario I found a place where time slows down Where the soul of Piedmont slowly pours into every dish. The veal with tuna sauce, tender as a memory, wrapped in a sauce that whispers tradition. Then the agnolotti del plin, soft treasure chests folded with love, Each bite a whisper from grandma's kitchen. The braised tongue - delicate, deep. And a simple broad bean soup, enhanced by mint, As if spring had slipped into the pan unseen. Finally, a panna cotta that trembled lightly, Veiled with caramel like twilight on the Alps. It wasn't just a dinner - but a hug! Trattoria Carmen, thank you. ❤
