This place is a 10 in every way! You feel at home, abundant dishes, everything delicious at a great price, from appetizers to dessert, pasta and highly recommended the house coffee. We will return on every visit to Turin!

Almeno una volta l’anno andiamo alla trattoria Valenza. Andiamo perché si mangia bene, perché la zona del Bolôn non ha eguali, perché il prezzo è perfetto, perché l’ambiente e l’oste ti precipitano in una Torino che va in qualche modo custodita. In due abbiamo speso 57 euro. Antipasto piemontese per due, un primo un secondo con contorno, due dolci, acqua e vino della casa (una barbera d’asti, splendida). Il caffè della casa, con la scorza di limone, è il tocco finale. Andateci e tornerete. Se potete prenotate in un giorno feriale, vi gusterete tutto ancor di più.

A place rarely visited by tourists, but the food prepared by a family is excellent! The service leaves something to be desired...they could be a little more hospitable and the fact that they don't have drinks like juice and soda makes the experience unnecessarily negative! Because they are not used to serving tourists, they only pay attention to locals.

Valenza is an experience. Luca and his family are amazing, you eat well, you pay fairly and, as mentioned in other reviews, on Saturday you can enjoy live music. Typical Piedmontese cuisine, with a genuine and domestic flavour. When I go to eat there I feel like I'm a child again, sitting at the table after school. Highly recommended.

Tipica trattoria torinese dove trovare i piatti della tradizione, non aspettatevi lusso e sfarzi ma buona cucina e tanta simpatia a prezzi più che corretti! Io ci torno ogni volta che posso per gustare la battuta o i ravioli e sopratutto per chiudere con il “caffe speciale “

30/08/2025: We had lunch at the Castello di Pavarolo restaurant and the experience was truly enjoyable. The cuisine was excellent: we were delighted by the light and flavorful fritto misto, accompanied by a Freisa Terre dei Santi, crisp and refreshing, perfect for the dish. The desserts also confirmed the excellence of the cuisine, with a trio of zabaglione desserts that won us over. The restaurant is well-kept and welcoming, without any particular extravagance: a simple yet pleasant place, where the quality of the food and the attention to detail are the absolute protagonists. Recommended for those who want to enjoy authentic Piedmontese cuisine in a peaceful setting.
28/08/2025: We arrived this evening without booking, but there was no problem, they made us sit calmly, even if it is always advisable to book, we tried a first course with duck ragù, tagliolini 30 yolks, delicious, second course, sliced ​​ox heart, it melted in the mouth, and to finish 6 samples of desserts, not the usual tiramisu or panna cotta, I would have liked to have seconds, the chef very professional and above all very passionate, he explained to us every ingredient used for the desserts, a spectacle to listen to him, he described the Piedmontese mixed fry that we will definitely try next time, what can I say, kind staff, a special mention for the chef, young, very kind and really good, fast and accurate service, definitely to return.

02/09/2025: A truly special pizzeria! The dough is light and easy to digest, the pizzas are packed with fresh, quality ingredients, and cooked to perfection. Every bite is a testament to the passion and care they put into it. The atmosphere is welcoming and familiar, and the staff is always friendly and helpful, ready to make you feel at ease. It's the ideal place for both a dinner with friends and a family evening: every time I go, I always leave satisfied and eager to return.
24/08/2025: Everything well taken care of, from the service to the dishes. Pizza and desserts really top. Clean toilets and equipped with everything. Recommended.
