Trattoria Valbaganza In Sala baganza

This was my second visit to this restaurant. We had simple dishes, but I must say the torta fritta and cured meats were truly exquisite. The tortelli d'erbetta and the chicche with spalla cotta were also very good. The dessert selection is perhaps a little limited, but the panna cotta was fine. I recommend it for meals with large groups. The price is reasonable.

We stopped here on a short visit. We had the torta fritta appetizer with mixed cured meats, a second set of tortelli, and homemade desserts. What can I say... everything was delicious. Very professional staff. Excellent value for money. We'll definitely be back!

I highly recommend this trattoria. A variety of quality dishes, both traditional and non-traditional, are carefully prepared and served in generous quantities. The service is very friendly and the prices are more than fair for dishes you'll be satisfied with. We went for dinner, the fresh mountain air was refreshing, and we'll definitely return.

Beautiful place with traditional dishes.

An excellent traditional restaurant nestled in the Parma countryside, along the road to Collecchio, just outside the center of Sala Baganza. Having discovered the restaurant during a family lunch, I immediately appreciated, in addition to the large parking lot, the beautiful location, slightly elevated above the vast surrounding meadows from a gentle hillside. The exterior is spacious, with a large terrace with tables and awnings, and the interior is equally spacious, combining rustic and modern styles. The menu is extensive and the service is friendly, even exquisite—the waiter, a veteran of the staff, I think, even entertained us with jokes and quips, which, as a Tuscan, I can only greatly appreciate! In addition to the excellent Lambrusco, we tried the pumpkin tortelli, truly delicious, and the torta fritta with cured meats, another house favorite! What more can I say? If we add to all this the great tranquility of the environment, where it is possible to converse without shouting (even though, I believe, at least a couple of communion lunches were taking place!), the beauty of the surrounding greenery and the reasonable prices, I would say that it is a place… absolutely worth recommending!

Excellent restaurant, welcoming atmosphere and easy to reach

Excellent dinner, exceptional vegetable flan, not to mention the first courses. Very kind and courteous staff.

We arrived without a reservation. We were seated in 5 minutes. We were eating in 10. Superb menu, friendly staff, and fast service. I know that in Romagna, food is easy to win, but they really outdid themselves!!!
