Good first one! It was almost a coincidence to have lunch in this restaurant and I must say that the impression was positive: a welcoming place, good food, good service, the owners were helpful and friendly! The home-made food, among other things, was appreciated by all of us at the table, satisfying our palates. I give an additional positive note to the home-made desserts too, of which I enjoyed an excellent slice of hazelnut cake accompanied by superb eggnog! ! ! (Literally mouth-watering). Cleaning is the order of the day: nothing is missing. If I ever end up in those parts again, I will definitely stop again to enjoy another excellent lunch!

5 absolutely thoughtful sellers for the seat category. We have been passing through Here for years but always out of hours. Today finally ravioli tripe stew and dessert! Everything really excellent and not too conditional although tasty and "juicy" We will be back!!

Informal but clean and pleasant environment, 70s trattoria stops there... you go there to eat the usual things, cooked well.

Stopped by for lunch. I'm vegetarian so had the pesto linguine. Delicious, good portion.

05/11/2024: Very simple place but with excellent food, I particularly liked the mixed starters and the snails. Generous portions and excellent price. Excellent service, the guys are very kind. I recommend making a reservation and if you want to eat the snails ask if they are there. I will definitely come back
19/10/2024: Mushroom and sausage tagliolini, stockfish buridda, orange and chocolate tart: all excellent at a low price.

07/06/2024: I had the pleasure of dining at the PetriCore restaurant recently, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm, professional service. The environment is elegant and welcoming, perfect for an intimate dinner or a special evening. The menu offers a refined selection of dishes that skilfully combine tradition and innovation. Each course was a sensorial journey: from the authentic and well-balanced flavors to the fresh, high-quality ingredients. In summary, the PetriCore restaurant is a culinary gem. I highly recommend visiting for an unforgettable gastronomic experience. I will definitely be back soon to try more delights from their excellent menu.
26/02/2024: Locale bellissimo che si distingue da tutti gli altri un po’ troppo turistici che si possono trovare in FinalBorgo. Ottima cucina rivisitata ligure, ma con un occhio innovativo e vegetale. Delicatezza estrema nel piatto ma soprattutto nel gusto. Ambiente molto romantico, caldo. La proprietaria super gentile e carina, servizio giusto bei tempi e non troppo invadente. Consiglio il menù degustazione (a sorpresa dello chef) perché si assaggia un po’ di tutto. Rapporto qualità prezzo giusto. Sicuramente da ritornarci!
