Classic restaurant from Val Bormida between Liguria and Piedmont. The fame given by the house's specialty "homemade" ravioli has certainly not been usurped. Few things for vegetarians (sic) but I ate a delicious rattatuia and a really excellent dessert. Reasonable costs and maximum kindness and availability of the owner.

Everything was really excellent and special: simple, but tasty and refined cuisine. Clean and lovely place: unattractive on the outside, but kept with love inside. Kindness and simplicity. An unexpected stop, a very pleasant surprise.

Good first one! It was almost a coincidence to have lunch in this restaurant and I must say that the impression was positive: a welcoming place, good food, good service, the owners were helpful and friendly! The home-made food, among other things, was appreciated by all of us at the table, satisfying our palates. I give an additional positive note to the home-made desserts too, of which I enjoyed an excellent slice of hazelnut cake accompanied by superb eggnog! ! ! (Literally mouth-watering). Cleaning is the order of the day: nothing is missing. If I ever end up in those parts again, I will definitely stop again to enjoy another excellent lunch!

22/02/2025: Very good wood-fired pizza. Family business. Friendly guest contact. Good value for money. Open wine good; a little too expensive. Ambience rather cool - canteen flair!
06/01/2025: If I had made the pizza myself, it probably would have tasted the same. I wouldn't have known why the tomato sauce was somehow boring, why it was only lukewarm and the dough was hard. The topping was good and interesting, thinly sliced ​​and tasty. Easy. Without extra salt and pepper it just didn't taste like anything. The ambience is more like a working environment with about 10 LED daylight lamps that are also blinding. This could be changed for little money, at least some of them could be replaced with warm white, which would make the light more harmonious and the spectrum more neutral. So you come out and think you have something in your eyes.
