Excellent place, freshly prepared food of the highest quality. Friendly and efficient staff. Kudos to the hazelnut and zabaglione cake (made fresh, of course). Business lunches or à la carte options are available during the week. The bathrooms could be improved.

Authentic Roero cuisine, prepared as it once was: spectacular tajarin and raw meat, generous portions of green tongue, and fair prices. Warm and sincere service, a true trattoria atmosphere. I'll definitely be back!

We arrived at 1:30 PM without a reservation, and were greeted with kindness and promptly set up our table. The food was excellent and the service impeccable, with the hostess providing detailed explanations of the menu. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Great homey atmosphere; the owner constantly walks around the tables to make sure everything is okay. Friendly staff, clean environment, good food, reasonable prices. Considering there were 11 of us, we all left with a smile. I'll be back.

A simple, family-friendly place. Cristina serves with her son. Marco cooks. Typical Piedmontese food, they catered to my every wish. Recommended place...for a family lunch. Value for money: 10/10.

09/10/2025: I dined at Bistrocc in Roccaforte with my wife and the group of historical collectors I belong to, and we were all completely satisfied. The restaurant is quiet, well-kept, and very welcoming, ideal for a pleasant evening with friends. The appetizers are delicious: in particular, I tried the veal with tuna sauce, which was truly exquisite, with incredibly tender meat and an authentically flavorful sauce. For my first course, the tajarin with rabbit ragù was a real surprise: rich in flavor and perfectly balanced. The main courses and desserts on the menu also deserve a mention for their quality and impeccable presentation. A restaurant that combines tradition and sophistication, highly recommended for those who love good Piedmontese cuisine in a serene and refined setting.
