We booked for a menu with frogs and panissa, a local specialty, satisfying and respectful of tradition, everything is fine, smoking corner with fireplace and sofa available, well done, well done 👏👏

Ristorante Nuovo Parisio

22/05/2025: Local in the center of Acqui, not difficult to find, parking nearby. Nice bright and welcoming place. The staff is polite, helpful and prepared. The dishes are excellent. The bread and breadsticks made by them are good. The wine we had was an excellent Barbera d'Asti of 14.5. The bathrooms are also well-kept as a whole. An experience to repeat.
