Booked here with friends for our usual Christmas dinner. Impeccable service from the moment we entered the restaurant, the food was incredibly fresh and of excellent quality, superbly prepared (there are meat and fish options, but we tended to order fish). When we reported an allergy, the chef had no problem adapting the recipe, ensuring a perfect culinary experience for all diners. I will definitely be back!

Today we celebrated the company Christmas lunch at Trattoria Toscanini, with 40 of us. Chef Piero welcomed us and his staff to his exclusive restaurant, seating us in two elegant connecting rooms. The finely presented dishes were of excellent quality: the eggplant millefeuille was truly flavorful, the veal with tuna sauce sublime, cooked to pink, and its tuna sauce had an impeccable texture and deep flavor. The Valdostana Fontina risotto with mulled wine reduction was highly original and perfectly on point; the sweet spice of the wine perfectly complemented the creaminess of the fontina. And finally, the boneless and stuffed local rooster, which Chef Piero expertly cooked at a long, low temperature until soft and succulent. The dessert finale was the lightly grilled panettone, flavored with rum and accompanied by a sublime mascarpone cream, a velvety smoothness. Thank you, Piero, for a job well done, masterfully executed and on time. A warm goodbye and Happy Christmas Holidays.
