We had a wonderful evening, and dinner was truly an unforgettable experience. The restaurant has a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a chat with friends. The staff were attentive and helpful, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The dishes were simply delicious: fresh, well presented and with unique flavor combinations that satisfied our palates. Each course was a journey of taste, from the first course to the dessert. The recommended wine was perfect to accompany each dish. It was a moment of pure relaxation and pleasure, and we can't wait to return for another dinner together. I highly recommend this restaurant for a special evening with friends!

Il pranzo al Tiro non mi delude mai.
Anche oggi, ho mangiato bene e bevuto bene . La location mi piace da sempre. Davide e sua moglie sono carinissimi, mi sento sempre a mio agio e questo per me è molto importante.

Sempre meglio. Un locale che negli anni ha saputo migliorare la sua offerta. Questa sera, animelle, risotto alla salsiccia di bra e noce moscata e, per finire, la financiere con mela caramellata e gelato alla cannella. Aggiungeteci la gentilezza e una cantina di prim'ordine.

I had a dinner the 3rd of December , top Carnaroli rice done end served properly , same for the Capretto , very original , was proposed a glass of Barbera , it was not the best , then Gattinara it was alligned to the food . Do the selection of wine for your own, anyway is a great place

I had the pleasure of dining in this beautiful place, very warm and welcoming.
The owner, Mr. Davide was very polite and kind in advising us on the best wine pairing suitable for the dishes we had chosen.
I started the evening with a glass of prosecco, very light and good. I ate fried eggs accompanied by the delicious truffle and as a second course, a sliced Fassona with a fondue base, all paired with a very welcome “Boca” red wine. To finish, zabaglione with tonka bean ice cream, ladyfingers accompanied by a glass of Moscato d'Asti.
What can I say! A place I highly recommend! Your palate will thank you!

Finally a new gastronomic investigation that takes me and Watson to Borgomanero and precisely to the "Trattoria enoteca del shooting". Upon arrival in a very central Via Matteotti we are taken aback: the kind waitress welcomes us with a "Out". After a moment of confusion we realize that in the courtyard adjacent to the main building, under a pergola of agricultural origins, some tables are set up ready to welcome diners on this splendid evening. We obey the invitation to sit down with a bit of regret because if the evening is splendid the weather could still get worse and the mosquitoes certainly won't give us any discounts. It's my fault: I got caught up in modernism and booked with The fork on the venue's Google page instead of with a classic phone call as usual: it suits me! However, the welcome is excellent and we immediately empathize with the staff and owners. After a look at the typically Piedmontese menu we order 2 Tiro appetizers (tuna sauce, tuna sauce, anchovy sauce and caper powder), 2 tajarin with farmyard ragout and peppers, and 2 tapuloni with bay leaves potatoes. Everything is delicious and the portions are appropriately generous. The homemade bread and breadsticks are delicious; even the coffee is perfect (and I'm picky). With a bottle of Boca branded “Al tira” we spend €150.00. Correct price. Absolutely worth trying.

We stopped by chance looking at the reviews and I must say it was a pleasant discovery!
The owner present is very courteous accompanied by a very good girl and. Well-prepared and able to advise you very well.
We ate excellent tartare and delicious Piedmontese cow fillet.
We were delighted with a freshly made zabaglione.
They have an excellent wine cellar, with many brands and prices accessible to all.
I recommend it, you pay something but you pay for quality!
