Excellent food, renovated restaurant and well-kept environment. Excellent service and courteous staff willing to give advice and explanations
on courses and pay attention to intolerances. Very refined dishes, both in appearance and in the quality of the ingredients. Fair prices, considering that you pay for quality. I highly recommend for dinner as a couple.

We had dinner here with our dear friends from Biella a few evenings ago. Warm and welcoming environment, excellent gastronomic offerings, including the veal with tuna sauce and the risotto with Bra sausage, truly exceptional. Account in line with the proposed quality. Advised!

Consigliati da amici abbiamo provato questo ristorante. Servizio impeccabile e piatti buonissimi. Abbiamo preso la tartare, il risotto (un esplosione di gusto, molto particolare e gustoso) e io ho provato anche il pesce davvero delizioso. Ma degni di nota anche i dolci, uno spettacolo per gli occhi e per il palato . Consigliato 😊

We had a wonderful evening, and dinner was truly an unforgettable experience. The restaurant has a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a chat with friends. The staff were attentive and helpful, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The dishes were simply delicious: fresh, well presented and with unique flavor combinations that satisfied our palates. Each course was a journey of taste, from the first course to the dessert. The recommended wine was perfect to accompany each dish. It was a moment of pure relaxation and pleasure, and we can't wait to return for another dinner together. I highly recommend this restaurant for a special evening with friends!

Il pranzo al Tiro non mi delude mai.
Anche oggi, ho mangiato bene e bevuto bene . La location mi piace da sempre. Davide e sua moglie sono carinissimi, mi sento sempre a mio agio e questo per me è molto importante.

I had the pleasure of dining in this beautiful place, very warm and welcoming.
The owner, Mr. Davide was very polite and kind in advising us on the best wine pairing suitable for the dishes we had chosen.
I started the evening with a glass of prosecco, very light and good. I ate fried eggs accompanied by the delicious truffle and as a second course, a sliced Fassona with a fondue base, all paired with a very welcome “Boca” red wine. To finish, zabaglione with tonka bean ice cream, ladyfingers accompanied by a glass of Moscato d'Asti.
What can I say! A place I highly recommend! Your palate will thank you!
