A pleasant discovery, we were able to appreciate typical dishes of Calabrian cuisine in a rustic setting. The friendliness of the staff and the quality of the products that were offered to us were remarkable.

Dining at Ticciabbaca was like going to lunch with your grandparents when they prepared all your favorite dishes. Everything, from the welcome to the food, reminds you of home. The dishes we ordered were excellent and substantial … we would have tried the whole menu if we could. Also, the veranda is very nice and has a beautiful view of the sea. Highly recommended!

Going up the avenue in the Foresta di Praia a mare area you will find a beautiful family-run business. A place overlooking the sea, away from traffic, with an outdoor area, a small veranda and a slightly rustic but nice internal room. The menu offers typical dishes, whose production is homemade, from pasta to condiments and if you have good stomachs try the chilli rosolio, with a strong and intensely spicy flavor which however will not disappoint you. Very good first courses, we recommend the purple potato gnocchi and the second courses include the baked stinchetti and the simple but delicious grilled caciocavallo silano. The service is quick and effective, the kindness and courtesy make you feel pampered, which is increasingly rare today. Recommended for its location and for a cuisine with authentic, traditional flavors closely linked to the territory.
