Trattoria located 2 steps from the center of Modena with seating both inside and outside, but I recommend booking because there aren't many. The place inside is very nice and above all typical. We started with a "Tagliere Ricco" which contained fried gnocco, tigelle, fried polenta, salami and ham and I must say that it was all delicious and very filling. I then had tagliatelle with meat sauce which was good, normal. I then took some Modena-style fried chicken pieces, which however I didn't like very much, perhaps the chicken wasn't very juicy. I then concluded with a trifle but it was the first time I had tasted a trifle and it wasn't bad. With an appetizer, 2 first courses, 1 second course, 1 dessert, 1 coffee, 2 still waters and 2 place settings we spent €72.

Nice place, excellent service, exceptional tagliatelle and tortelloni, delicious Lambrusco braised ribs and excellent Crescentine. Maybe just a little expensive.

Excellent experience. I was passing through Modena for work and found this delightful trattoria. I recommend what I had: Modena fried gnocco, tagliatelle with meat sauce and chocolate cake. Excellent service and very kind and attentive staff

I went there last year. This year I tried again but it was too late. They didn't accept me, unfortunately. I wanted to try the authentic flavors of traditional Modena cuisine again

Excellent tagliatelle, very kind staff, clean place. Rustic furnishings, where the colored ceramic decorations, according to my taste, don't match too much... but this is a detail of little influence.

Locale con poche proposte, comunque buone, della tradizione emiliana. Mi ha lasciato perplesso la quantità di sale di alcuni piatti (un po' elevata) ed il fatto che dalla cucina arrivi odore di fumo di sigaretta. Prenotazione consigliata per evitare lunghe attese.

La tipicità della trattoria italiana: nessun fronzoli, servizio cordiale, familiare e semplice ma allo stesso tempo professionale, locale rustico, cibo verace, gustoso, ricco e succulento. Tutti aggettivi che identificano l'essenza di una vera trattoria italiana a 2 passi da piazza grande di Modena. Menu completo a 35wur di ottima qualità. Consigliatissimo
