We had an amazing dinner here last night, and I would love to go back, but the service staff have no passion for what they do.We had the Asian sever who was not interested at all. Firstly, he only brought a drink to my partner, and we had to remind him to get mine. Next, he just came and put a basket of bread and walked over to another server, and started chatting. We asked him again if we could have some olive oil and salt$pepper. Then we were done eating this beautiful dinner, he came to take the plates and we wanted to tell him how yummy the dinner was, he had ZERO interest in listening. Again, we had to ask if we could get the desert menu. I really hope this place gets some servers who have passion for what they do because the food is really, really good. It was also disappointing to see service tax already added to the bill because this filo server didn't deserve it.

Great spot! The pizza and soup were both delicious, with generous portions. Despite the central location, it wasn’t crowded, which made for a relaxed dining experience. The interior was very clean and well-maintained. The only small suggestion—seeing a smile from the waitress would have made it even better!

A quiet hidden gem on a back street near the Trevi Fountain. We had space, great service, lovely reasonably priced pizza, pasta and salad. I’ve cold drinks and a very warm welcome! Would recommend and happily go again for lunch.

The portion size is average, the taste is not the worst, although rather bland. The price for soup, lasagna, salad and pasta is 50€, I think it's a high price for such quality food.

No estoy seguro de las críticas negativas de este lugar. Escondidos en una pequeña calle lateral, lejos de las multitudes enloquecidas cerca de la Fontana di Trevi, nos topamos con esta joya absoluta. Si quieres cenar bien, entonces no es para ti. Si quieres comida familiar italiana tradicional, entonces este es el lugar. Este fue un escenario perfecto para nuestra última noche en Roma, y no tienen problemas con nada. Los panes, las Aceitunas, las Espinacas, la Pizza, los Raviolis, todo perfecto. Tuvimos una buena charla con el propietario y el personal era lo suficientemente amable. A veces es mejor alejarse de las multitudes y encontrar algo verdaderamente tradicional. Imagina el encanto del viejo mundo de Italia, digamos en los años 60, y este es el lugar.

Not sure on the negative reviews of this place.? Tucked away up a small side street, away from the madding crowds near Trevi Fountain, we stumbled upon this absolute gem. If you want fine dining, then it's not for you. If you want traditional Italian family food, then this is the place. This was a perfect setting for our last night in Rome, & have zero issues with anything. The breads, the Olives, the Spinach, the Pizza, the Ravioli, was all perfect. Had a good chat with the owner & the staff were friendly enough. Sometimes it's best to step away from the crowds, & find something truly traditional.

17/05/2025: We arrive in 4, Milan fans disappointed by the defeat in the Italian Cup final, around midnight. We sit outside on the street where there are other more famous places and where several big cars (taxis) pass by, slowly other Milan fans arrive, the place fills up. The service is quite precise, there was a manager/owner, even if not all of them seemed expert. Carbonara, gricia and cacio e pepe are excellent. The beers are good too. Bologna fans also arrive, no problem, we comment on the game with sportsmanship and congratulate each other. We are having fun. We order a pinsa with porchetta, really excellent. Also the focaccia and bruschetta. It is 2 o'clock, the service, with the place full, begins to slow down. Waiters who had not been seen before appear to lend a hand, the boy Amin continues to try to serve everyone. At 2:17 a pork shank arrives at the table of a Bologna fan from Borgosesia who had come from Mallorca, who meets a fellow citizen who is a lawyer in Rome. A couple passes by, he is effeminate, she is elegant but getting on in years. Later we will find out that he is an Estonian architect who lives in Via Bagutta, she takes care of him. The evening flies by, the architect is very nice in his Moroccan cloak, the lawyer aims at the old lady to screw her, a friend of mine is approached by a guy who wants to screw him (he will tell us he wanted something else but we don't believe him), the architect wants to screw me, a table goes away without paying and the florist warns Amin that poor guy he can't do anything about it and shrugs his shoulders. The florist gets pissed off. Remo Freuler passes by, takes pictures with everyone and stops for dinner with a table of Bologna people. It seemed like a Fellini film, instead it cheered us up after the defeat. I will definitely come back, memorable place, next time hoping to win this damn cup
