We ate excellent traditional dishes in a warm, family atmosphere! Fresh, high-quality ingredients prepared with care and prompt, attentive service! We'll definitely be back! I'm updating this review by adding that it's now become a regular stop every time we come to Potenza. The pizzas are also excellent!

The seasonal vegetables are cooked with mastery, simple and tasty as in the best peasant tradition. The grilled scamorza is a masterpiece: crunchy on the outside, stringy on the inside, served hot and fragrant. The real love at first sight? The strascinati with breadcrumbs and Etruscan pepper: a typical first course of Lucanian tradition, executed to perfection. The rough pasta collects every crumb of the crunchy breadcrumbs, while the Etruscan pepper adds a touch of character and intensity. A dish that alone is worth the trip!
