Excellent culinary experience based on pinsa spent last night with colleagues. Excellent and very fast service, incredible courtesy and excellent quality of the food served. I can only be happy. I cannot express an opinion on the price since the dinner was offered.

Only tongs no pizza. Beer only in bottles no draft.

Now we were hungry and couldn't use new cuisine, we stopped in Rovello Porro in this trattoria, pizzeria, unfortunately they don't do pizza at midday and therefore having limited time, we sat down in a nice room, traditional Piedmontese and Aosta Valley dishes, we took the Aosta Valley cutlet with turnip tops, good, nothing sensational but good. It's a shame not to have been able to taste the first courses but, given the kindness of the owners, and the pleasant comfort given by the wood stove, it will certainly lead us to visit again and taste the Plin and co. It is a historic place in Rovello, in the past it had the name of Porky's Now it has undoubtedly been renovated, I liked it before too. The owners and staff are very kind and approachable, you breathe a familiar atmosphere, but not banal, on the contrary, it is cared for down to the last detail and full of original details that recall the past of the place The choice of pizzas is vast and in the pinch and crunch version The latter is the specialty of the place, pure goodness. Historic place of Rovello. Traditional cuisine, with quality raw materials! Definitely try the risottos, and while you wait, entertain yourself with one of the countless Pinse that the menu offers! If you don't know what to choose, the kind and friendly Silvia will be able to advise you best!!!
