Restaurant with Piedmontese fried specialities, a fixed presence in every menu (only children can take different dishes). Fried food excellently executed, light and pleasant. The tartare with yolk cooked at low temperature and the veal with tuna sauce are excellent. A place not suitable for vegetarians and those who want a quick lunch...
The place and the location in the hills near Lake Viverone are very nice. Staff very kind and available for special requests.

The only flaw, I had asked well in advance for a table near a window which was not given to me even though we agreed. I hope only for organizational problems even if I was very disappointed. The rest! The lunch was truly delicious, excellent, plentiful and of the highest quality ingredients. The chef is very good

Beautiful welcoming place, very friendly staff, it was difficult to choose between the three menus, I opted for the Canavese menu, an encore of veal with tuna starters which reminded me of my grandmother, the sublime Fassona tartare.
We arrive at the main dish: the mixed fruit EXCEPTIONAL, not at all greasy, delicate and very abundant.
We were recommended by acquaintances who had already been there.

Locale bellissimo accogliente personale molto gentile, difficile la scelta fra i tre menù, io ho optato per il menu canavese, bis di antipasti vitello tonnato che mi ha fatto ricordare mia nonna la tartare di fassona sublime.
Arriviamo al piatto forte il frutto misto ECCEZIONALE per niente unto delicato e molto abbondante.
Siamo stato consigliati da conoscenti che c'erano già stati.

Pranzo domenica, proposta menù fisso con fritto piemontese ( per il quale siamo venuti).
Scegliamo il menu fritto ( 2 tartare e 2 fritti ) + 1 degustazione antipasti.
Ottimo fritto sia nella parte salata( con cervello e midollo oltre che manzo/maiale e verdure) che nella parte dolce.
Buona la tartare.
Degustazione ( insalata russa, caponata, panna cotta di acciuga con salsa peperoni, cipolle caramellate con nocciole, molto buona.
Vino Rosso di Cantina Locale
Sorbetto e 1 grappa.
Tutto molto bene, personale gentile, locale molto carino, cibo ottimo.
Forse un po' caro Il sorbetto e la grappa.
Anche il piatto in piu'forse un po caretto, ma cmq buono!

Excellent trattoria where you can eat excellent Piedmontese mixed fried food, decidedly tasty and dry of oil!
Even the plin, veal with tuna sauce and tartare are top notch!
