We waited an excessively long time for the various courses and especially the first one in a super crowded and so noisy place as it was not adequately soundproofed as to not even allow for a pleasant wait or to chat with the diners.
The service was not particularly kind despite understanding the difficulty of a full service; perhaps they should adapt the number of reservations to the capacity of the kitchen and service staff. In fact, the food, although good, was significantly affected by the pressure that evidently was in the kitchen. In my previous visit in which the service was semi-empty, the quality of the dishes had definitely been much higher and had impressed me so much that I wanted to return with enthusiasm. My suggestion is to carefully evaluate whether higher revenues are really worth such a poorer service compared to capacity. My rating would have been 5 stars without my second experience being so negative and different from the first.

Found by chance, this place turned out to be a corner of paradise. The Piedmontese mixed fried food, a house specialty, is excellent, as are the gnocchi and veal with tuna sauce. It's worth the trip!

We had excellent piedmont and local dishes: fassone beef tartar, plin with beef , pasta with osso-buco , steak and a local perch from the local lake and sorbet for dessert . Wine per their recommendation was very good .

Excellent Piedmontese place, but very modern.
Delicious tartuta, tenderloin and Erbaluce, of noteworthy quality.
The owner and the dining room staff were also very good, very polite but also warm and friendly.
We will certainly stop by for every visit to the Castle and Park of Masino.

Teníamos excelente piedemonte y platos locales: sarro de ternera fassone, plin con carne de res , pasta con osso - buco , filete y una percha local del lago local y sorbete de postre . El vino por su recomendación era muy bueno.

Sono tornata dopo anni a mangiare il fritto misto alla piemontese in questo ristorante dalla location molto bella ed elegante, nei pressi del lago di Viverone. Il servizio è anche migliorato ed il fritto esattamente come lo ricordavo, eccezionale. Favolosi anche gli abbinamenti con gli antipasti. Ottimi vini, prezzo assolutamente corretto. Le cameriere sono preparate, veloci e simpatiche. Devo tornare più spesso!
