We had lunch with friends in this small trattoria in the village. Mixed appetizer of cold cuts/cheeses/sciatt, first course, water, 0.56 liter house wine, 1 dessert, 1 coffee, 1 genepy. For this menu we spent €44 per person.

A charming little trattoria, characterized by simplicity. The atmosphere is intimate and family-friendly, with friendly service and the freshness of every dish we tried being key. I had the best pizzoccheri I've ever had! The apple pie took me back in time; it was simply perfect, just like grandma's. We'll be back very soon! Highly recommended!

This is the ultimate Italian experience! A typical trattoria in a small village! A small menu, homemade dishes, down-to-earth and incredibly delicious! The house wine also pairs perfectly with the simple yet fantastic food! Highly recommend the sciat and the braised roast with polenta!

A trattoria out of time, where good manners, simplicity and the authentic quality of the dishes still reign. Here even the prices seem to have forgotten about inflation. Everything is truly excellent at a more than honest price. The next time I pass through Sondrio, it will be an unmissable stop.

20/09/2025: Family lunch, everything was excellent, from the appetizers to the trio of first courses. The berry ice cream was excellent. The price was excellent.
28/08/2025: In a truly unique location for the Malenco Valley, you can't miss stopping to eat in this enchanting place. Excellent service Excellent food (the venison saddle is a specialty) Perfect location for easy or even difficult walks. I'd say impeccable, year after year. Keep it up! In winter, if there's enough snow, they'll come pick you up on a snowmobile. The experience alone is thrilling. Bravo!

Pizzeria Trattoria Al Turbine da Mario

09/11/2025: Everything I ordered was truly delicious: the cured meats and cheese appetizer was delicious, especially the Osvaldo prosciutto, which melted in your mouth. The pumpkin ravioli were spectacular. It's been a long time since I've had such a delicious dessert: panna cotta with persimmons. The owners were friendly and welcoming. I'll definitely be back.
09/11/2025: It was a wonderful experience. The sirloin with exceptional potatoes and the pizza were equally good. The service was excellent. I hope to have the opportunity to return soon, and I thank you for the way we were treated.
