If I think of a place to rediscover the flavors of "grandmother's" I think of San Bias.

A place that is still genuine, a dive into the past to taste delicious dishes from the ancient Lombard tradition, cooked very well and using excellent raw materials. We appreciated the cured meats and cheeses, the soups, a delicious roast that really "melted in the mouth" and the special desserts (after all, here with desserts, we play at home...) You can see that knowledge is at the base and product research. The wine, "30 February" really thrilled me, a very good red and also very pleasant on the nose.
The location is typical and very welcoming and warm... It feels like being at home.... In short, it was a very pleasant surprise, I highly recommend it! Well done Danilo, congratulations indeed!!

We spent a wonderful evening in this, at first glance, simple restaurant. The food was very tasty, authentic and completely new to us and was a great experience. The staff is very friendly, accommodating and strives to provide good service. You get along well with English. Even the map was explained to us in English. I hope we come back to the region to enjoy the great food :-)
