While on vacation in Sicily, we saw this restaurant along the road to Modica. The sign says "traditional cuisine," so we stopped in. It was a great experience. We returned every night we were in Modica. We took their advice and tried a few different dishes, including the pizza. All the food was excellent. The owners are friendly, kind, and attentive to their customers. We had a great time. They also gave us advice on what to try and see in Modica. Well done, keep up the good work. Lunch at this family-run restaurant. Excellent food, traditional dishes. Reasonable bill, and kind and friendly owners. A special thought for Mr. Roberto

We just had dinner here. Excellent food, local ingredients and cuisine. Comfortable atmosphere and welcoming staff. Fair prices. Highly recommended.

We ate at this restaurant because it had been recommended for its excellent food, and it certainly was. We tried two appetizers, and both were delicious: the homemade ravioli with sauce and the boiled meat. Everything was delicious! We found local, traditional cuisine, cooked with love. The owners were incredibly kind, attentive in recommending typical dishes and always ready to chat with us. Truly an unforgettable dinner!

30/10/2025: Great experience! We were welcomed right away, the service was fast, and very professional.
26/10/2025: Loved it, food was delicious - the sword fish in particular was beautifully done, very tender. Lovely staff and owner Victoria. We were there because big fans of Inspector Montalbano (restaurant was a location) so had his own screen favourites. Fan or not this restaurant should be on list if in Ragusa. Approx £80 incl wine.
