06/01/2026: We returned after some time, and unfortunately, something has changed. The quality of the services has halved. Where the hotel bar used to offer aperitifs, there's now a self-service bar that few people care to use, and it's sometimes poorly stocked.
The rooms and the building are starting to need maintenance.
The rooms are clean, but don't expect sheets to be changed; in my opinion, they're understaffed for this type of building.
The hotel restaurant isn't bad, but even there, it's understaffed.
In short, it would still have all the right credentials if it weren't for all the cuts. And considering that the price paid is for all the services listed, something needs to be reconsidered on the website itself.
OH OH, YOU COME TO TUSCANY FOR MORE THAN JUST THE STAY, AND THE LANDSCAPE JUST A FEW KM AWAY IS BREATHTAKING.
29/12/2025: We've been guests several times, but now with the change of management, we've been very disappointed. The rooms are always somewhere between renovated and dilapidated, breakfast no longer has items like cappuccino and espresso like last time, and half-board doesn't include dessert... NO COMMENT... the pool closes at 10:30 a.m. and before that at 1:00 a.m., and that was precisely the reason we chose this hotel—the ability to enjoy the heated pool at least until midnight. We won't be returning. Please at least correct the website with the incorrect information, thank you.
