I've been driving past it for years on my way to the Verona airport. The parking lot is always full. At noon and in the evening, there were signs saying "business lunch" for the price of a Margherita pizza... we finally stopped. At the entrance, a sign listed boiled meats with pearà, cooked vegetables, a typical dish of these parts, for €17. Remarkable quality, as well as quantity. Truly a surprise. I'll return to try the entire first course menu. The only drawback is the noticeable signs that bills must be paid in one go. Credit cards are tolerated but clearly not loved. It's almost 2026. A bit anachronistic.

The atmosphere is a bit dated, but it's a place of the past, where you can enjoy good, plentiful food, where the staff knows all the regulars, where you can make reservations weekly, and where even the bill is included. Ideal for lunches or dinners, even for groups, because the service is really fast.

I was very perplexed by the first courses, but the second courses were definitely better. The discounted menu on Wednesdays and Thursdays was appreciated.

24/01/2026: Like every year in February, pork bones rain down, and snout and pear and everything else, plus wine, grapes, etc., etc. excellent👌👌👌
21/12/2025: I was here for the first time to eat. The place is simple, medium sized. I had both the first and second course. I was very satisfied with both the quality and quantity. The staff was very helpful with requests. The prices were normal.
