Trattoria RUI In Cimadolmo

08/12/2025: This restaurant is currently undergoing renovations and is famous for its seafood 🐟. You can taste the fresh fish, and I applaud them for serving the scallops and scallops plain, without the gratin. The waiters and owner were kind and courteous. We served the wine ourselves, except for the first glass. I don't know if it was the Ferragosto holiday or if that's the norm. We would have preferred less sauce, like in dishes from a few years ago. Stale baguette, inedible!!! Paccheri from the Mancini pasta factory. Good selection of wines, including organic French ones. We had an excellent Chablis. Compared to the past, the dining room was very crowded and quite noisy. Convenient on-site parking 🅿️ Updating the review as of 12/8/25. After the renovation, the menu has improved, now high-quality and light, and the service is attentive and professional. 👍 The modern, rustic renovation is welcoming and bright, and the wine display at the entrance is also beautiful.

20/10/2025: Confirmation. It was a beautiful celebration, excellent food with fresh fish, from appetizers to fried fish. The service was worthy of a restaurant. Superb preparation. I definitely recommend it. We'll be back.
