One of the best trattorias in the hills behind Sori. Excellent food, from cheese focaccia to trofie and pesto lasagna. The pansotti with walnut sauce are excellent. The Ligurian-style rabbit is excellent. When available, don't miss the veal with tuna sauce. The hand-fried potatoes are sublime. One of the few trattorias that still offers "fritto misto alla Genovese" on the menu. When in season, the fried mushrooms are a must. The owner's friendliness is definitely a major plus.

Very characteristic place with kind, helpful and attentive staff. Very good traditional Ligurian food, at very competitive prices. I had a great time and, if I'm in the area again, I will definitely come back! Highly recommended!

Pranzo di famiglia (compleanno importantissimo). Come sempre la trattoria Rosa è una garanzia! Ambiente semplice ma molto gradevole. Accolti con il sorriso. Ottima cucina della tradizione genovese. Focaccine squisite. Pansoti al sugo di noci e trofie al pesto. Fritto misto di terra leggero e asciutto. Consiglio assolutamente.

Ci siamo stati per un pranzo durante delle festività. Cucina casereccia e buona, pensavo un filo meglio il pesto (troppo unto), buoni i ravioli di carne e buonissimi quelli di zucca.. buoni anche i secondi di carne. Fritto un po’ unto.. Porzioni abbondanti, prezzi nella media dei locali della zona, unica pecca i tempi troppo dilatati.. un’ora di attesa per i primi, che arrivano scaglionati in modo che non si pranzi mai tutti insieme anche se allo stesso tavolo, idem per i secondi.. tolto questo una buona esperienza
