Located on the old Via Salaria, and therefore not easy to find. Yet he has his own loyal clientele who have no problems reaching him. Well-made traditional cuisine, with typical dishes. Don't miss their fettuccine with ragù. Worthy of note are the meat dishes with lamb in particular. Good beef steak.
If you are vegan and vegetarian, continue towards other shores. Choice of wines to review. The house wine is however drinkable, which is not always a given. Good desserts at the end of the meal, and more than decent coffee.

A nice surprise. Not far from Rome with genuine products. Excellent starter of ham and cheese and bruschetta with extra extra oil. Tagliatelle (I think it is a typical product of the Trattoria) excellent with porcini mushrooms.
Abbacchio alla Cacciatora was very tender.

Giorno di Pasqua siamo venuti qui a mangiare prima di andare di andare a casa ….su indicazioni da parte di chi veniva qui da anni ….e da quello che abbiamo notato praticamente il tempo si è fermato è tutto uguale…… ambiente cordiale pulito tutto molto ordinato il cibo è tutto molto buono molto particolare per chi non frequenta questa zona…spettacolare il prosciutto che sembra un culatello, è veramente tanta tanta roba. cordialità e disponibilità. Da fuori non si nota ma dentro è tanta roba Stra consigliato veramente piacevolissima sorpresa👍👍👍👍👍

One of the best tagliatelle I've ever eaten in my life. Huge portion and homemade pasta. Exquisite and rustic second courses, but the main dish is the simplest... Bruschetta with oil, it seems like a nectar from the gods.

Posto molto semplice ed informale, fermo a tanti anni fa. Entrando sembra di essere i stati trasportati dalla macchina del tempo. Unica grande sala con grande camino, soffitto alto, travi a vista e pareti rivestite di legno, come non si usa più. Qui quello che conta è quello che si mangia. Cucina casalinga semplice di una volta. Pasta fresca fatta a mano, olio buono, piatti della tradizione del centro Italia come la coratella (ottima). Direi che rappresenta l’anti-chef stellati.. Tutto ottimo. Ottimo rapporto qualità - prezzo. Un po’ fuori mano, ma vale il viaggio.
