After a long time, I returned to Trattoria Risorgimento and was pleasantly surprised that the food hasn't diminished in quantity or quality, and that the prices are still fair! The seafood pasta is superb, as always!

Ristorante/trattoria da me molto apprezzata. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. La pizza è buona, i primi e i secondi sia di carne che di pesce sono sempre una garanzia. Porzioni tra il medio e l’abbondante. Anche i dolci, fatti in casa o comunque artigianali, sono sempre ottimi, anche se devo ammettere che l’ultima volta il bunet non era eccezionale perché troppo aveva un gusto di cioccolato fondente molto intenso e non ho assaporato invece l’amaretto. Buono il tiramisù e la torta al cioccolato dal cuore caldo con crema chantilly. Il servizio è veloce e cordiale. Ci torno sempre volentieri. Lo consiglio.

A classic Novara trattoria. Good food and more than adequate service. On regular days, it's best to book. Parking is limited. Prices are in line with the menu.

Cooking with passion and art. Generous portions without compromising the quality and taste of the food. Table of 6 people, all satisfied with the price too. Cutting board with typical Novaresi cold cuts and cheeses, top! Kind and polite waiter. We will definitely return when we pass through the area again.

Malgrado la location non rispecchi molto il mio gusto personale è sempre un piacere tornare in questo locale prima di tutto per un ottimo rapporto qualità / prezzo ( noi abbiamo quasi sempre mangiato pesce) e poi un applauso per la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale sempre molto professionale.

21/09/2025: Romantic location, expertly presented food... different from the norm, pleasing both the eye and the palate... Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The chef's freehand tasting was excellent, with various dishes served and explained in great detail... We'll gladly return.
