Trattoria Rampin In Caluso

We learned about the place through word of mouth (and later discovered it's a historic Caluso venue) and celebrated my baby's baptism there. The owners are two wonderful people, especially Mrs. Riccarda, who was very attentive and recommended an excellent menu. The waitress was also delightful, always smiling and very friendly. The food was plentiful and truly delicious. We had seconds for every course. My fellow diners complimented it so much (so much so that the trays were returned to the kitchen empty). What can I say... Highly recommended!!!!!!

As soon as we entered, we were greeted by warm and helpful staff, who immediately made us feel at home. The menu offers a wide selection of dishes, all prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. We started with some Piedmontese starters, which were simply delicious, followed by a first course of homemade pasta with butter and sage, which melted in your mouth. The second course, a tender and tasty roast meat, was the real triumph of the evening. To finish, we couldn't resist a typical dessert, tiramisu, which was creamy and perfectly balanced. The atmosphere is informal and convivial, perfect for a family dinner or an evening with friends. Prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the food and the service. In conclusion, "RAMPIN" is a place that I highly recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy traditional Piedmontese dishes in a welcoming environment. I can't wait to go back!
