Excellent cuisine, highly professional, courteous, and friendly. Beautiful restaurant, welcoming and warm. The staff are always available and make you feel at home. The value for money is far above average.

Nice little home at kansla, if you like me want the genuine then it's perfect, no menu but the waiter tells you what's available for the day, a little difficult with communication but I won't blame the waiter because I don't know Italian. Well cooked and nice food with very clear flavors and contexts. We all ate 4 Mee than full and everyone was so satisfied. We will definitely come back!

Excellent value. Regional cuisine, a short menu explained verbally, quality food, presented with elegant simplicity but with plenty of substance. The girls in the dining room are fast, friendly, and patient. A trattoria of the kind that unfortunately remain in Italy. Congratulations!

Profeta Pastificio - Gastronomia

25/07/2025: Yesterday I was in Carmagnola to run some business and we decided to grab a quick bite at this pasta shop I'd discovered months ago, before heading back to Liguria, where we live. We enjoyed the classic plin. They were delicious, perfect portions, and the owner was very kind. Before leaving, I bought a supply of stuffed pasta. Next time we go, we know where to stop.
23/07/2025: Excellent food, friendly service, welcoming and smiling staff. I discovered it by chance, and it's now become a regular stop every time I pass through Carmagnola. I recommend the meatballs in tomato sauce (the best I've ever tasted), and I'm embarrassed to know which one to recommend first, because they're all better than the last! Don't miss the Amaro Carmagnolese liqueur; you won't be disappointed!
