Nice little home at kansla, if you like me want the genuine then it's perfect, no menu but the waiter tells you what's available for the day, a little difficult with communication but I won't blame the waiter because I don't know Italian. Well cooked and nice food with very clear flavors and contexts. We all ate 4 Mee than full and everyone was so satisfied. We will definitely come back!

Excellent value. Regional cuisine, a short menu explained verbally, quality food, presented with elegant simplicity but with plenty of substance. The girls in the dining room are fast, friendly, and patient. A trattoria of the kind that unfortunately remain in Italy. Congratulations!

Quality raw materials, well cooked with flavors that are perhaps a little "strong". House red (Carema producers' cellar) particularly good for being a bulk wine. Pleasant atmosphere. Friendly staff. The choice of not having a written menu is questionable. Honest prices. Overall, a place where you can stop and be satisfied.

My favorite restaurant in the world! Innovative dishes combined with Piedmont and Aosta Valley traditions with the best meats and cheeses. Excellent selection of wines and menus that change with the seasons offering the best local products. Simply exceptional

23/05/2025: Nice surprise, we took five pizzas and a farinata, very good, you can feel the quality of the raw materials and the farinata: the best and creamiest I have ever eaten. Many thanks to the very kind staff.
20/03/2025: Mega pizzas at unbeatable prices. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking is a problem, though.

06/05/2025: Excellent Kebabs, among the best in the area, very rich menu dishes, not bad pizza. French fries not oily so excellent. Very helpful staff, room with several seats. Seating outside!
