Trattoria Priscilla is strategically located near the Church of Santa Maria in Palmis (Quo Vadis), the entrance to the Appian Way Park, the Caffarella, and the Catacombs. The restaurant is charming and well-maintained, as befits a traditional osteria. As for the food, the first courses (gnocchi with tomato and basil, cacio e pepe, and fettuccine with artichokes), the second courses (veal and potato stew), the side dishes (sautéed chicory and baked potatoes), and the desserts (tiramisu and sour cherry tart) were delicious and served quickly. The family-run service is well-organized, friendly, and fast. The atmosphere is refined.

Old-fashioned trattoria, few dishes but good. If you like home cooking, go there.

Authentic and well-kept trattoria on the Appian Way, with just a few tables and a truly pleasant atmosphere.
Excellent cuisine: fettuccine with artichokes, guanciale, mint, and pecorino cheese is truly top-notch (fresh pasta and generous portions). Boiled beef Piccatapò is incredibly tender, melts in the mouth, and artichokes alla giudia are beautifully executed. The Morellino di Scansano is also good.
Friendly and welcoming staff. The owner is also the chef, attentive and passionate—you can taste the care and attention to detail in the dishes.
A small note on the wine list: only Tuscan wines; I would have also appreciated a more regional selection and a greater variety in price ranges. Otherwise, a truly excellent experience: we'll definitely be back. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Perfect place to eat before or after visiting the baths or catacombs. On the Appian Way. Very good. The menu has few options, but they're all excellent. We had an amazing meal at a reasonable price. The homemade tiramisu was also delicious.

Excellent cacio e pepe, cured meats and cheese appetizers, and tiramisu.

A small but well-maintained Roman trattoria, focused on food. If you go on Sunday, there are two sittings, one at 12:30 and one at 2:00 PM. If you choose the former, you'll have to hurry, which is the only drawback (besides the fact that they don't serve coffee). The food is good, and the lady serving is friendly and accommodating. The trattoria's location is strategic if you plan on taking a stroll through the Appian Way parks (which are also beautiful).
Parking is available. I also recommend trying the tripe, which is delicious here.
