Trattoria Primaro In Ravenna

Always found them to be very attentive to customer requests. In my case, I never finish what I order. They make me a package and I take it home.

It's the second time...we really had a great time! Delicious food and a great owner to get to know!

It's an old-fashioned trattoria, with a very rustic feel—wood on the walls, wooden beams on the ceiling, and unpretentious furnishings. The atmosphere is one of tranquility and warmth, reminiscent of peasant families of the past. The owner, also rustic and a little rough in his manner, blends in perfectly with the surrounding environment, which seems to belong together. The owner's seemingly rough exterior is merely a facade, probably part of the game he plays with his guests, but inside, you can tell he's a very good person, especially from the way he addressed my son. The dishes are all homemade, and you can taste the difference. We had the tagliolini with sea bass, capers, and olives, and they were delicious. The becco d'asino, which is stewed eel, was sensational, tender as butter, melting in your mouth, with a sauce that I finished a basket of bread to mop up the sauce with! The fried fish was also incredibly tender and delicious. The Pinot Blanc, even though it was on tap, almost moved me when I washed my mouth after finishing the eel. Rating 10 out of 10. We'll be back.

I showed up at 12:30 without a reservation. I was on my bike, and I asked if they could serve me something to eat. They very kindly sat me down and took my reservation right away (ten other people had arrived). I had lunch in half an hour. Strozzapreti with crab (good but not exceptional) and fried Paranza (I think the best I've ever eaten). I recommend it to anyone who happens to be near the valley. I'll definitely be back.

The food was average. It's a shame the owner isn't particularly welcoming and friendly.

Trattoria Primaro... all the dishes here are fish-based... and it is located on Via Corriera in Ravenna. It opens at 7:00 pm... this is a typical but very welcoming environment, it almost feels like being in a refuge still nestled, I would say, in distant times... immersed in the middle of the valleys and in the greenery and very far from the city. It is not beaten by mass tourism, it is a true oasis of peace... with a pleasant atmosphere, the place is spartan and the welcome is very pleasant and tailored for those arriving from outside. Here you can find plenty of free parking and you can eat excellent grilled fish and eels... and first courses based on seafood, if you want a bit of serenity and to be able to eat well then look for this trattoria... because it really is worth it.

A unique experience of old-world flavors and forgotten tastes. I found a well-cooked and roasted eel that became creamy. Well done, I'll be back.

Typical place. For those who love eel and fish from our seas. The place is historic. It tells of a bygone era. Of fishermen. Of the history of Comacchio.
