Flavors of the sea, and the best seafood flavors! We returned to these places, from afar... to eat eel. Everything was delicious!

I've known this trattoria since I was a child. It's a regular stop whether on vacation or just passing through. I've always eaten very well. The menu features traditional Delta cuisine, some always present, others seasonal. There are always tempting off-menu options. The eel is excellent, very light. Everything is always flavorful, yet balanced. If you're not very sensitive, the service might seem aloof, but in reality, it's attentive and caring, without being intrusive. The atmosphere is welcoming and peaceful.

As for the restaurant, it deserves a ten with honors.......excellent value for money......we will definitely be back!!!!

This is my second time eating here. A rough host, but a true host, with an O. This is a typical place for those who don't like fake (or real) starred restaurants but want to eat well while chatting and gazing into the real world. No starlets, no elaborately fake dishes that dazzle the eye and then fall flat... Excellent eel, grilled fish, delicious spicy vegetables, sparkling wine by the glass. Two special features: the clean bathroom and, above all, the good extra virgin olive oil with a non-refill cap. Two essential qualities to understand what a truly good restaurant is, qualities often missing from scam starred restaurants (unfortunately, so many). Top-notch chef. Absolutely reasonable bill (to be honest, there's no room here anymore).

A trattoria as trattorias should be. Few frills and plenty of substance. We loved the ambiance and atmosphere. We started with an appetizer of marinated sardines: excellent. The homemade tagliolini with monkfish ragù were excellent. The mixed grill was excellent!!! We finished with a truly excellent bonet. Good wine by the glass. Excellent value for money. Excellent service: honest and attentive. A place we'd love to return to soon.

I'd been looking for it for two decades! One evening, some friends took me there, but then I couldn't find it again... Finally, I was given a tip: the same atmosphere, the same look, the same quality. I'm not a fan of fish: I'll be there—often forced by circumstances—no more than once a year. Yet I'd always loved the freshness and goodness of Primaro's fish; I found it again, wonderful, flavorful, seafood, fish that was unprocessed as it should be, perfect. I didn't even order fried fish, but sea bass, calamari, cuttlefish, and... sardines in sapor (or savor or saor)! Quick and easy to digest. Highly recommended. The quality/price ratio is more than excellent. I'll be back soon, but that's not a threat. ;-)
