Family-run restaurant, decorated like a restaurant, with restaurant service, and very high quality food prepared in a perfect way. Tried it on a lunch break for 2 days and I can recommend going there (you don't have to rush, food is freshly cooked). I recommend always booking, the space is small.

Amazing trattoria that seems to have come out of a Pupi Avati film, a place with a strong lagoon soul that could be an old fisherman's house, with an environment and a cuisine that are both strongholds against modernity, in the highest sense of the term. The fish can be enjoyed prepared with ancient simplicity and enjoying every forkful with profound pleasure: the marinated ones are delicious, where in my opinion the vinegar does not cover but rather enhances the freshness, especially of the blue fish; the eel is truly extraordinary, both grilled (authentic, delicious, scented of coals and times gone by) and stewed, here called "donkey's beak" (succulent and irresistible in the most absolute way, perhaps the best ever eaten together with that of a beloved restaurant in Bolsena). A very dangerous white wine given how well it flows down the throat, an excellent result: congratulations to the capable manager of this timeless refuge!
