The food was average. It's a shame the owner isn't particularly welcoming and friendly.

Trattoria Primaro... all the dishes here are fish-based... and it is located on Via Corriera in Ravenna. It opens at 7:00 pm... this is a typical but very welcoming environment, it almost feels like being in a refuge still nestled, I would say, in distant times... immersed in the middle of the valleys and in the greenery and very far from the city. It is not beaten by mass tourism, it is a true oasis of peace... with a pleasant atmosphere, the place is spartan and the welcome is very pleasant and tailored for those arriving from outside. Here you can find plenty of free parking and you can eat excellent grilled fish and eels... and first courses based on seafood, if you want a bit of serenity and to be able to eat well then look for this trattoria... because it really is worth it.

A unique experience of old-world flavors and forgotten tastes. I found a well-cooked and roasted eel that became creamy. Well done, I'll be back.

Typical place. For those who love eel and fish from our seas. The place is historic. It tells of a bygone era. Of fishermen. Of the history of Comacchio.

Just outside Ravenna, a trip to an old-fashioned trattoria. If this is "grumpy," then hurray for the grumpy. We had a wonderful time and ate like kings, with only the freshest food.

I've known this trattoria since I was a child. It's a regular stop whether on vacation or just passing through. I've always eaten very well. The menu features traditional Delta cuisine, some always present, others seasonal. There are always tempting off-menu options. The eel is excellent, very light. Everything is always flavorful, yet balanced. If you're not very sensitive, the service might seem aloof, but in reality, it's attentive and caring, without being intrusive. The atmosphere is welcoming and peaceful.
