Trattoria Pozzoni In Graffignana

Excellent cuisine and a warm welcome, lunch with friends after the visit to the nearby castle of Chignolo Po. We had appetizers, first courses with various encores, desserts, wine and bitters, all delicious!

Good food, good service and reasonable prices

Pranzo della domenica con amici. Siamo in centro a Graffignana trattoria storica dove la buona cucina è di casa. Iniziamo con un'antipasto di salumi per tutto il tavolo un primo a scelta tra i 5 proposti scelgo pappardelle fatte in casa con ragù di cervo davvero squisite per poi passare ad un'assaggio di 5 secondi tra faraona ripiena, coniglio in umido, stinco di vitello con patate, casula e cinghiale in umido con i funghi. Tutti squisiti anche se devo scegliere sceglierei il cinghiale davvero top. In tavola vino rosso a marchio della trattoria ottima proposta. E per finire un carrello di dolci tutti fatti in casa e presentati dallo chef in persona. L'assaggio è d'obbligo anche perché solo alla vista del carrello non si resiste alla gola. Lo staff e i patron di casa solari e accoglienti davvero una trattoria di altri tempi. Complimenti è stato un'ottimo pranzo in un'ambiente familiare e semplice ma con una qualità altissima.

Sunday lunch with friends. We are in the center of Graffignana, a historic trattoria where good food is at home. We start with an appetizer of cured meats for the whole table, a first course chosen from the 5 proposed, I choose truly delicious homemade pappardelle with venison ragù and then move on to a 5 second tasting of stuffed guinea fowl, stewed rabbit, shank of veal with potatoes, chasuble and wild boar stewed with mushrooms. All delicious even if I had to choose I would choose the really top wild boar. Excellent restaurant-branded red wine on the table. And finally a trolley of desserts all homemade and presented by the chef himself. Tasting is also a must because just by looking at the cart you can't resist tasting it. The staff and owners are cheerful and welcoming, truly a trattoria from times gone by. Congratulations, it was an excellent lunch in a familiar and simple environment but with very high quality.

Ottima accoglienza , pranzo otto e abbondante , cortesia , qualità e quantità al top . Per fortuna ci sono ancora posti come questo dove pranzare e’ un piacere.
