Good food, good service and reasonable prices

Sunday lunch with friends. We are in the center of Graffignana, a historic trattoria where good food is at home. We start with an appetizer of cured meats for the whole table, a first course chosen from the 5 proposed, I choose truly delicious homemade pappardelle with venison ragù and then move on to a 5 second tasting of stuffed guinea fowl, stewed rabbit, shank of veal with potatoes, chasuble and wild boar stewed with mushrooms. All delicious even if I had to choose I would choose the really top wild boar. Excellent restaurant-branded red wine on the table. And finally a trolley of desserts all homemade and presented by the chef himself. Tasting is also a must because just by looking at the cart you can't resist tasting it. The staff and owners are cheerful and welcoming, truly a trattoria from times gone by. Congratulations, it was an excellent lunch in a familiar and simple environment but with very high quality.

Great food, fast service and friendly staff. The desserts are the best!!!

Typical family-run trattoria from the past. Personally I don't approve of the way the menu is proposed because there are no prices displayed. Normal dish. 8 euros for a slice of cake seems excessive to me for a restaurant (it's a shame that I had known before, maybe I wouldn't spend 16 euros on desserts).

Working lunch. Very good, excellent service, price around €18 but for me it is justified by the care with which the dishes are prepared and the never banal proposal
