50's style trattoria where most of the products are homemade. The lunch menu is a little more expensive than the nearby restaurants but the food is worth every penny.

Everything you expect from a trattoria. Quality, courtesy, and authenticity, for sure. The nettle ravioli and mixed meats were excellent. Forget your diet with the desserts!! I tried five, all delicious, but my favorites were: lemon cake (like a cloud) and coffee cake with a biscuit. We'll definitely be back.

I stopped at this restaurant for a business lunch. The food and service were excellent; they bring a tray to your table and serve it directly onto your plate, even if you're eating alone. Huge portions and high quality, it felt like eating at home! The price was a bit high for a business lunch (€18 for a first course, second course, side dish, and coffee with bread and water included). Recommended.

Historic trattoria, good food, traditional Lombard dishes.

A PLACE FOR SWEETS EATERS... For the amount we paid (39€ without appetizers otherwise it would have gone up to 50€) I expected who knows what a meal! Also based on what was reported by those who booked. The 3 tastings of first courses were good and I doubt if they would have filled the plate if put all together. For the second courses, a massacre of animals (wild boar, guinea fowl, rabbit, pig, etc.) but always served sparingly. The trays were never left on the table for the guests to use. The polenta was soggy and full of lumps. A lunch that was fine for women but not for men who eat a lot. For dessert, however, a vast selection of very good homemade cakes. Maybe even too many. The place leaves a lot to be desired with walls covered in linoleum (is it still used?) and unwatchable paintings on the walls. Very kind and friendly staff.

No frills restaurant, just as it should be!! Excellent food, from starters to dessert, all delicious!! Friendly and welcoming staff I highly recommend it, we will definitely be back!!!
