Tourist restaurant, Unique and characteristic, good but very expensive for what it offers: decent appetizers, good polenta with mushrooms for around €20, main courses all starting at €30. The three of us ordered three appetizers and a main course with two glasses of wine and one glass of water, for a total of €120.

Few things in life are certain, death and the quality of this place. You sit down and immediately feel at home. The staff is courteous but not invasive, almost as if you were friends. There's little formality if you're that type. Local products with a flavor now forgotten. Schiaccioni beans so delicate and full of their own flavor and a full, unforgettable texture. The ingredients are simple yet incredibly rich. A mushroom risotto with a brown mushroom base so rich it seems to have been transported to the undergrowth. Not to mention the meat. A firm bite, a meat that doesn't need to be chewed, a firm bite is enough to release its juices on the palate. Few Florentine steaks have given the same feeling, warm and bloody to the heart, perfect. Harmonious wine pairings, little more to say, a place worth the visit.
