I went on Sunday for lunch, I took the set menu for two, the food was excellent and the service was good

Excellent cuisine and friendly staff. Don't expect a sophisticated atmosphere, on the contrary, but it's rustic, authentic, and very welcoming.

Spectacular place, excellent service and food. I go there every time I'm in Avellino.

Good food (a generous appetizer, a first course of tagliatelle with mushrooms, mixed grilled meat with salad, dessert, coffee/amaro, canned Coke). Friendly service and short wait. The only drawback for older people is the stairs to reach the dining room and there is no parking. Nice view. Weekdays, no reservations.

Everything was good, even though they got my bill wrong. I'll remember this when we return; it wasn't worth it yesterday, Sunday, because it was very crowded and we were in a hurry to get out. Trattoria located on a panoramic terrace, with no parking, at the end of the road leading to the Montevergine sanctuary. Very friendly owners and family, the appetizers are made with local products, local cured meats, pan-fried vegetables, and homemade zeppole, all very good... but the rest leaves a bit to be desired: the first courses are bland, and the scialatielli are overcooked. The lasagna is good. The grilled meat is good. The local red wine is typical. A good place to relax without being overly pretentious. Cost: €30 per person.

We had a great lunch, the waiters were very kind and the service was excellent even though it was packed today. Highly recommended.
