The food was divine. The gluten-free pizza was delicious.

We returned to Lampedusa for the second consecutive year, and like last year, Trattoria Voscenza was a regular stop on our vacation: out of five evenings, we dedicated four to this trattoria, and it's no coincidence. The quality of the dishes is always excellent, and you can taste the care and tradition in every course. I'd also like to give special praise to Vincenzo, one of the waiters: as someone who works in the industry myself, I enjoy observing those who do this job, and I was truly impressed. His speed, professionalism, and elegance in his dialogue with customers... in short, he represents what I would call true old-school dining. A rare and precious example. I highly recommend this trattoria to anyone looking for an authentic experience in Lampedusa.

We visited this restaurant a few days ago. It's located in a narrow side alley off Via Roma. The atmosphere is rustic, with typical regional furnishings and objects. The tables are very close together, a bit cramped. The staff was friendly and quick, but a bit noisy. We had a pizza, a first course (busiate pasta with mussels, shrimp, and pistachios), a second course (amberjack rolls), and a glass of sparkling white wine. The pizza, cooked in an electric oven, was very good and perfectly cooked. The busiate pasta was flavorful, the portion was just right, and the sauce was generous. The involtini were soft and we enjoyed the contrast between the delicate flavor of the amberjack and the more intense flavor of the fennel. The wine was very fruity and of appreciable quality. The price seemed fair for the setting. It was a good experience, with some room for improvement.

To that gentleman who complained about the food in a review, and then wrote that they drank two beers with the fish... come on, go to McDonald's... fish with beer...

I had a delicious gluten-free pizza at this restaurant! The rest of my family, who are all celiacs, also enjoyed the dishes. The plates and tableware were beautifully designed, and I particularly appreciated the tablecloths. This does not take anything away from the excellent food and the skill of the staff, who are knowledgeable about celiac disease. Highly recommended, along with the ice cream shop of the same name across the street!
