We found ourselves at Maurizio's restaurant, an excellent and very hospitable host. It was a wonderful surprise. A family-run restaurant with his mother as the cook with traditional tastes. What can I say, we absolutely must return. Highly recommended... LIKE FEELING AT HOME

When the food is good, when the products are excellent, when there is love for cooking, kindness in the service, you fly. A trattoria as they once were, a journey into the past. The suit does not make the Monaco. Chicory cooked to perfection, excellent meat, homemade pasta. Thanks, see you soon.

The rules are respected without discussion so, with a (very small) dog in tow we left but all this is very sad in 2024... The 3 star rating does not change the average.

The environment is very nice and a little crowded due to the fact that it is a very popular place. The food is very good although they could improve slightly with the portions. For example, yesterday when I went there, a friend of mine ordered a pizza with french fries and there were only about ten of them. As for the service, it is clear that the waiters, some more, some less, are not very experienced. For example, coming from Rome, I asked how the supplì were and I asked if they were made of meat and the waiter replied "made of rice" eh... thanks to the... but to the ragù, the sauce, cheese and pepper, there are many of supplì, at least in Rome, I'll tell you the answer, a lot of cheese and little sauce, without meat. Not a traditional supplì but I liked it and a friend of mine didn't like it at all. The very, very good potato croquettes, the large deviled cheese that they put in peppers, in Rome they only make it with salami. As for the baked potatoes on the pizza, they could have been cooked a little more and as usual, they could have been slightly more abundant. But for the price it's ok, all the pizzas are between 6 and 8 euros and still cheap, supplì and croquettes are 1 euro. The only thing I really have to complain about, because as long as we're talking about small portions it doesn't matter because the pizzas are cheap, is the excellent service. Inexperienced waiters, some had really listless faces and others looked like they wanted to kill themselves, really depressed faces. The only 2 who seemed up to the task were a boy who, from what I understand, is called Francesco and a lady with black, curly hair. Plus point for them and also for the bar side, that if someone, like a child, wants to get an ice cream of the kind found in a bar at least they can get it. If the rating were from 1 to 10 I would give it between 8+ and 8.5
