Sono stata a cena con amiche, abbiamo mangiato benissimo, servizio impeccabile. C’è stato un piccolo inconveniente risolto con grande cortesia e professionalità!

Super vriendelijk personeel, en prijs kwaliteit klopt helemaal. We stonden met nog enkele stellen te wachten want het zat helemaal vol. Maar kregen een lekker drankje aangeboden. Vergeet vooral het dessert niet (tiramisu , crème brulee , citroen sorbet)

The best cacio e pepe I have eaten in these three days in Rome. In other places, closer to the centre, they made it drier, but here it was nice and juicy with all the pecorino melted on the bottom, with an exceptional flavour. The appetizers with cured meats are very simple but not bad. Excellent service, with hospitable and smiling staff. Generous portions and prices significantly lower than average. I recommend it

Good evening, there were 4 of us and we had pasta alla gricia, carbonara, matriciana, sautéed vegetables, 3 Roman saltimbocca, scallops with lemon, 1 Sicilian cannuolo. Pasta alla gricia felt like eating a piece of salt and I couldn't sleep at night, the carbonara was very liquid... the saltimbocca, scallop and cannuolo were good. As for the prices, they are within the norm and the service was excellent. super

Simple but clean place, friendly staff. Cacio e pepe a bit too dry. Cheap prices.

Good food (typical Roman) there is nothing to complain about! Medium/large portions I would only review two things: 1) With the menu that the place offers it is unthinkable to pay for bread! (I highly recommend reviewing this Option) It is good practice to reset the cent or single euro in an account to zero.

Trattoria Pizzeria Monte Gaudio is the classic place that you don't expect, but which once discovered becomes a permanent stop. A simple place, without too many frills, but with an authentic soul and Roman cuisine that does not disappoint. The battered fried artichokes are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, perfect for starting the meal in the right way. The pizza, then, is a real surprise: well cooked, with quality ingredients and that flavor that only the trattorias of the past can provide. The staff is kind and attentive, the service fast but never rushed. In summer you can eat outdoors, in a relaxed atmosphere which makes everything even more pleasant. The prices are honest and in the end you leave satisfied, with the desire to return. If you are in the Trionfale area and are looking for authentic Roman cuisine, Monte Gaudio is a safe choice.
