A real hidden gem, the food was absolutely amazing, and the service was just as excellent. Even with my very limited Italian, the staff were so kind and welcoming. We went twice on our holiday for dinner and wish we visited more!

I've been to this establishment several times, even during COVID, for takeout. The owner is a kind and, above all, helpful person who knows his trade. If you ask for large plates, he'll accommodate you, but unlike most restaurateurs who say yes, then the portions are minimal. Every time I go to Rome, it's a regular stop. The food is good and cheap, and the carbonara is delicious. Bravo! Keep it up, and your customers will never leave you. Congratulations from Potenza.

The food is excellent and reasonably priced. There are both set menu items and daily specials. Good pizza and plentiful pasta. Excellent value for money. We paid €24 for two starters, water, and coffee. I highly recommend it.

Nice and welcoming place, close to our hotel.
Excellent quality, traditional Roman cuisine and more. The service is excellent, just a few minutes of extra waiting; the place was packed, but it's worth it.

This trattoria was a great help to us when our hotel restaurant was closed for a short while. We were made to feel very welcome despite the packed house! The food was excellent, and the waiters were excellent.

A few days ago, I had dinner with my wife and two grandchildren at your Trattoria Monte Gaudio 2.0, and I can say that, in addition to the service and excellent cuisine, we were also impressed by the almost fairytale-like entrance to the restaurant. The prices were quite reasonable, the staff were friendly, and there was excellent on-site parking.

Super vriendelijk personeel, en prijs kwaliteit klopt helemaal.
We stonden met nog enkele stellen te wachten want het zat helemaal vol. Maar kregen een lekker drankje aangeboden.
Vergeet vooral het dessert niet (tiramisu , crème brulee , citroen sorbet)
